MPP Deployment Feature and let's 69

The admins have added a new wrinkle to the game and here is a brief explanation.

You can only use MPP's that add up 15% or less of the global military power. Below is a picture of our current stack this includes our own number, 0.50.




As you can see I have managed to get us at exactly 15% which I imagine is pretty rare. Also note we could never use Bulgaria and Serbia a the same time.

My impressions are you would ideally want a Day stack of MPP's and a Night stack of MPP's to take advantage of country times zones.

Small country MPP will actually be more valuable. Serbia cannot add a single large ally but they can always add our 0.50. We also have the advantage of being in the North American times zones for a European countries Night stack.

On the subject of only being at 0.50 in military power clearly our goal should be to get to 0.69. I mandate that our Minister of Butts get on this right away. I want a 69. Canada deserves a 69.
