המשרד ידאג לכמה דברים ובניהם : הבאת שחקנים למשחק,עזרה לשחקנים במשחק והשארתם במשחק.

מפקחים (שרים ראשיים) - אורי,רום,אסף
עוזרים (שרים משניים) - רוזן,רועי,לייט בולב וצחי

אחראים על הספמה - אורי,רועי,אסף
אחראים על מעקב שחקנים -רוזן,אורי.
אחראים על עזרה(פרויקט החונכות)- אסף,רום,רוזן ,לייט בולב וצחי
אחראים על פעילויות - רום,לייט בולב
אחראים על כתבות - אורי,רום ,לייט בולב

עם צוות כזה שום דבר לא ישתבש



הסבר על כל משרה :
אחראים על הספמה - הם יהיו אחראים על פרויקט "חבר מביא חבר".
ידאגו שהפרויקט עובד והולך טוב וכן ידאגו להספים בעצמם גם.
הם ישלחו דיווח בסוף השבוע על ההספמות ל"אחרים על כתבות".

אחראים על מעקב שחקנים - הם יהיו אחראים לעקוב אחרי שחקנים חדשים שנרשמו ולדווח אם הם משחקים או שכבר פרשו.
הם ישלחו דיווח בסוף השבוע ל"אחראים על עזרה" ויגידו להם מי פעיל ומי לא.

אחראים על עזרה - הם יהיו אחראים למצוא חונכים וחניכים.
את החניכים יוכלו למצוא פה : http://goo.gl/U32Da .
הם גם יצטרכו לשלוח פעמיים בשבוע הודעה לכל שחקן(אשר יקבלו מצוות המעקב),בהודעה צריך להיות :
איך השחקן מתקדם במשחק,אם צריך עזרה ולאחל לו בצלחה וגם לעבור ליחידה של D1 של צה"ל.
בנוסף יוכלו לשלוח אוכל/טנקים אשר יקבלו מראש אל השחקנים החדשים שנשארו במשחק.

והדבר העיקרי הוא שהם יצטרכו לשלוח לשחקנים החדשים שנרשמים הודעות עם הסבר על המשחק.
הם יצטרכו לעקוב אחרי רשימת המחוברים כל הזמן.

אחראים על פעילויות - הם יצטרכו להכין פעילויות של משרד הפנים שיפרסמו בכתבות.

אחראים על כתבות - הם יצטרכו לכתוב את הכתבות שייצאו במהלך הקדנציה.
