MeSu Gifting Budget [ALL CAF READ]

Greetings CAF Members.

Due to our budget, MeSu will only be gifting CAF members that are below 70% wellness instead of below 80% wellness. Note that this may be temporary or permanent. We are unsure at this point, and it is solely dependent on how much the government funds us. Because of high gift prices we are also spending more, so it is possible that if Gift Prices go down we will the raise wellness gifting point up to 80% again.
