I'm here to introduce you people the eIsrael Air Program or IPA for shortcut.

So, what is IPA?

The eIsrael Air Program is here to provide a financial support to the players who want to improve in the air battles.

And the supreme purpose is the make this Esociety more active and living.

The program will pay 5 Nis (five Nis) per kill, on a weekly basis, starting on Tuesdays and ending on Mondays (just like the Weekly Challenge).
The maximum amount of Nis anyone can receive is 10,000 (ten thousand Nis)

Example:

If PlayerA has 1.200 kills on the day change (Monday to Tuesday) it will be rewarded with 6,000 (six thousand Nis).

If PlayerB has 2300 kills it will be rewarded with 10,000 Nis (ten thousand Nis).

Requirements to join the program:
- Have eIsraelian citizenship for at least one month.
- Have at least one Hard Worker Medal.
- Less then legendary rank
- Apply for the program.

The Weekly Leaderboards will be the tool used to see the kills.
Every Week there will be and article showing the players, kills and amount received.

Every week we post article showing the results for all the eIsraelian players.
You need just to comment below in that article and those in charge will send you the rewards.

If you comment after the week results you will not receive the rewards, no exceptions.

The progrem is pilot, the meaning is in the future the maximum amount of Nis anyone can receive may be changed and other changes.

פרויקט האוויר הישראלי נועד כדי לאפשר תמיכה כלכלית לשחקנים שרוצים להשתפר בקרבות אוויר.

בנוסף המטרה העליונה היא להחיות את הקהילה הישראלית.

הפרויקט ישלם 5 שקל (חמישה שקלים) על כל הריגה, על בסיס שבועי, מתחיל בימי שלישי ונגמר בימי שני (בדיוק כמו האתגר השבועי[Weekly Challenge])
המקסימום כסף שאפשר להגיע בפרויקט זה 10,000 שקל (עשרת אלפים ש"ח)

לדוגמה:

שחקן א' השיג 1200 הריגות עד סוף השבוע (התחיל בשלישי סיים בשני), יקבל פרס בשווי 6,000 שקל (ששת אלפים ש"ח)

.אם שחקן ב' השיג 2300 הריגות הוא יקבל פרס בשווי 10,000 שקל (עשרת אלפים ש"ח)
על פי המכסה המקסימלית.

דרישות בשביל להצטרף לתוכנית:
- להיות בעל אזרחות ישראלית לפחות חודש
- להיות בעל מדליה Hard Worker אחת לפחות.
- להיות פחות מדרגת אגדה (legendary)
- להסכים לקחת חלק בפרויקט.

המובילים השבועיים יהיה הכלי שנשתמש בו לראות את כמות ההריגות שביצעתם
כל שבוע יפורסם כתבה שבה תראו את שמות האנשים, מספר ההריגות וכמות הכסף שהם קיבלו!

כל שבוע נפרסם כתבה שמראה את התוצאות של כלל הישראלים שאספו הריגות במהלך השבוע.
מה שאתם צריכים לעשות זה להגיב באותה כתבה והאחראים על הפרויקט כבר ידאגו שתקבלו את הפרסים.

אם אתם מגיבים אחריי שבוע שבו פורסמו התוצאות - לא תקבלו את הפרסים, בלי יוצא מן הכלל.
