Plato Fundation Report
I am writing to you in order to present my report and accountability of the work period started on 10/10/17
We founded newspapers to 3 citizens (6 gold)
We cost and rewarded publications of at least 18 articles (93 gold)
We donated money to the Ministry of Welfare from Argentina for different programs but we had no news of these (50 gold)
We assigned part of the fund to publicize this project (40 gold)
Total spent 189 gold (approx.) at 10/22/17
I must tell to Plato Foundation that the first launch of the plan was carried out by the argentine Ministry of Welfare within an institutional framework of government.
Subsequently and not reaching an agreement with the authorities, we derived the work to foundation created for this purpose ("Foundación Dialogo sin Fronteras").
This change seems to have affected the attitude of writers and part of the team. Even so we managed to sustain the activity in many feeds (that without your contribution would not be possible) covering between 50 - 100 percent in many of the publications, while in others with greater active population, there was only an incidence between 20 - 40 ´percent.
The first feeds state (10/10/17) had the advantage of the electoral publications in 5 October. And the second feeds state (21/10/17) shows that several articles supported by this plan have disappeared. This information is attached as proof for the participation percentages in aforementioned publications.
I also understand that the lack of participation is due to the fact that there is less current population in the game.
The existence of more sponsors (by MUs, political parties, rewards for killing, etc) and old players who already have their economic support insured, makes the prize to publish news is not substantial enough.
We are currently creating an Ibero-American News agency where correspondents with monthly salary (30 gold) must publish a summary of news about their country every 10 days.
A local correspondent will be recruited to publish in the country covering Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Cuba, Spain, Portugal and Peru.

Creo que la rendición de cuentas, dice que ha promocionado el trabajo por un total de 199 Golds/OROS. es decir un poco por encima de lo estimado. Cuentas claras conservan la lealtad, inversión en el modulo 199 OROS.

se le paso dinero a ailux que publico artículos promocionando el plan y pago algunos que le enviaban aviso.
