Hey! What you up to?

I have not written an article for a while, only published a comment. We have been busy, eSA has been busy.

A couple of days ago we elected a new president, got all excited to see what Mr Suave was going to do. I was most excited to that Wilpanzer and I were given the reigns of the MoDA, us relatively new players. In my section there has been an explosion of new things.

Firstly Mentorship – bringing in a new idea to spread the load. With three mentors each new players will be involved in a flurry of activity . We are also not waiting for player to ask to be mentored but rather just going to them and becoming their mentors. Joseph Rich has been heading up this initiative please chat to him if you are interested in getting involved. If you’re not please put on the sheep clothing to your right and stand still… IRC – Enriche2Ribeiro shows Chubbzilla to where all the sheep are…

Department of education – My Wabaki slave has been busy – I asked him to refresh lessons taught previously - Bam he creates a starter pack for new players, giving them a very basic overview of the game and allowing them to ask questions. Well done.

Then he pipes up what about our face book page? What about it? He goes quiet for a moment and disappears with no response … Bam! He is back, saying check out my face book welcome page for eSA. I click and all I see is bait for an entire new generation of eSA players, fresh and up-to-date. Well done again.

Now Wabaki walks away and under his breathe says wait till you see my next move…

Now being in charge of community development, how do I judge my actions, how do I prove my actions, enter my younger brother. I asked my brother to join the game not only for his gold 🙂 I had ulterior motives; I wanted to see how he would be affected by our actions and if they were at all productive. My guinea pig has worked and will be using his examples in my next couple of articles, addressing his concerns and praises.

My hope is that you are enjoying the activity of the MoDA as much as I am.

Just some upcoming things – More stuff from MoDA – Lookout for Party President of OOPs – Get ready to see a string of new births – Look forward to a great community with loads of Naartjies…
