Le Ministère de l'Economie et du Travail propose une nouvelle grille de référence des salaires en date du 17 avril 2009 (remplaçant celle établie en février 2009):

Notre Secrétaire d'Etat aux Statistiques, MoritanIsBanned a développé ce petit outil pour vous aider à calculer facilement le salaire conseillé en fonction de divers paramètres :

Elle fixe d'une part les salaires pratiqués dans les entreprises publiques.
Elle sert d'autre part de référence pour toutes les actions publiques impliquant les salaires (redistribution d'income tax aux salariés, contrats public-privé, etc.).

Elle n'a cependant pas la prétention de chercher à s'imposer partout et pour tout le monde mais il convient de souligner qu'elle représente un guide intéressant et pertinent qui peut être utilisé par les GMs et les salariés eFrançais.

It specifies the salaries used in the state-owned companies.
It is also meant to be used as a reference for all the public actions involving salaries (income tax redistribution to the employees, public-private contracts, etc.).

It has no pretention to be applied everywhere and for everyone but it is important to highlight the fact that it is an interesting guide which can be used by the French General Managers and employees.
