French Foreign Policy

As for France's current alliance, well, they actually aren't a part of one right now! France recently left TERRA, due to the continued inactivity from the alliance, as well as Brazil and the USA's departures. It seems that France no longer desired cooperation with the remaining countries, and so now they are alliance-less. The announcement can be read HERE.

The French Congress voted upon this decision, and there is a possibility that Poland played a role in pressuring France to abandon TERRA. A short while ago in fact, France successfully liberated itself by signing a treaty with Poland, guaranteeing France a sizable amount of regions in return for Polish occupation of several, regions.

It is not clear where France is leaning in relations to alliances right now, though it is evident that their good relations with TEDEN countries will still have influence on their foreign policy.

Well, that's all I have for this update. I hope that maybe now, you know a little bit more about le French, and why they eat frog legs... and never, ever forget that French people have the coolest accents in the world. It is le truth!

Let's fight. Fight for peace.

Peace out,
Monsieur Guillontine
Swiss Ambassador to France
