Ladies and gentlemen of the eUnited States of America,
I have some great news for you today, as well as some bad news. Actually scratch that. I have only good news.

First thing's first, not only have I kept my promise, but I have beaten the deadline by about 4 days. Arm America is back! If you are an eUSA citizen and are non-INCI, you can jump on IRC in #defense to grab your free food. Ping either Zyria or ElmieJr with your profile link and they will send you food as soon as they can. If you are level 21 or under and non-militia and non-military, you can use this Google Document form for even more food. Yes, even more food, you heard me right.

I personally want to thank Zyria for restarting the program on such short notice. It was really great of her to do so, and she worked very hard to get it up and running. I also want to thank ElmieJr for volunteering to be a Quartermaster and to send food to those who request it.

In regards to Arm America and IRC food distribution, Congress has currently placed a ban on INCI food distribution. Therefore, no, INCI cannot receive food from Arm America. There are many reasons for this. For one, Arm America funds are not unlimited, and both the exec and congress are concerned with what we can do with our funding. Second of all, INCI's actions in the past have still placed them on a watch list, and we're not quite sure whether we can trust the INCI to fight for us. It'll most likely take a few months of good diplomacy and good actions for the INCI to earn rights such as Militia funding and free Arm America food. I hope the INCI understand, but in case you still have questions, please message a fellow eUSA congressperson for more information.



Next thing I want to talk about it Synergy Polls. During my presidential campaign, Synergy Polls were a big deal to me. I thought of Synergy as a massive retention booster and I thought it would be good to bring back for that purpose. Synergy Polls are currently in the final stage of preparation and are currently being finalized by myself, my deputy Chief of Staff's, and the eUSA Interns. The Synergy Polls will keep the same name despite talks of a change, and will be published in either the WHPR or The eUSA Department of the Interior newspaper.



If you visit the eUSA Forums, than you may have noticed that the government is now conducting eUSA Forum National Polls. This is another part of the retention effort by this term's executive government, and so far, our first poll has had over 50 results. If you haven't pitched your ideas about the Military-tank situation, you can do so here. Register if you haven't and introduce yourself in the Welcoming Center.



This Saturday, 18:30 eRep, eUSA President Glove, Chief of Staff Justin McCravok, White House Press Secretary Phoenix Quinn, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Emerick will be in #whitehouse.public to answer any questions that the American or even foreign public may have about the government, eUSA, and foreign relations. In other news, since our new Secretary of Defense Speedcat McNasty has taken the helm, things have been going swimmingly. Currently, the eUnited States Government has been discussing a change in the OMS funding distribution. If you're not sure what the OMS is, just know that it's the executive program that sends money to militias such as Seal Team 6, Eazy Company, and the Ultramarines. The new funding distribution formula will be announced when it is finalized.



The Secretary of Technology Andrax2000 is developing a new API Primary polling system for eRepublik. So, in the case that we'll ever need to run a primary using the eRepublik API, the eUSA will be using Andrax's tool.
