Ever forward!

On Monday August 22nd, I am two erep years old!

Erep years are not like real life years are they...
So much has happened, so much has changed, I have changed.
I look back to when I first started playing, what I visualized. Erepublik appeared to me as more than a game, I saw myself as participating in a social experiment. Each choice I made, each contact, a new variable in the development of my elife. I have spent countless hours reading and thinking, talking on IRC.
Looking for the way forward, looking to improve myself, my status, my strength as a fighter and the standing of my country.

This road has been an interesting one, to say the least. The variety of character I have been witness to has been incredible! The scandals, the arguments and the debates, oh the drama! I feel like we are all in story with no end in sight. Sure, sometimes I wonder what the heck I keep coming back for, as does everybody that knows I play this game.

I was reminded this last few weeks as I traveled through western Canada and the US, we are all explorers at heart. This game intrigues us because we constantly face the unknown, not in a geographical sense but in a digital one. The landscape changes, as well as the people we encounter.

I wouldn't want it any other way.
