Buenas días Chilenos y Amigos:

Nos encontramos hoy en “El Café de la siesta” con el Presidente de eChile, Yosemite Sam01, que ha sido tan amable de responder algunas preguntas frecuentes de la gente.

MdE: Se dice que nuestra Alianza recién creada ya está por disolverse.
¿Verdad o no?.

YS01: No, de ninguna manera. Acabamos de empezar. Tanto Chile como Argentina, los dos grandes de la Alianza, han reafirmado recientemente que ambos países no tienen intenciones en abandonar el proyecto de una alianza sudamericana. Recordemos que Andes no solo se fundó como alianza militar, sino también como alianza diplomática, cultural y social que tiene como objetivo acercar a las comunidades de lengua española y portuguesa. Chile y Argentina están firmes en su compromiso con los países pequeños de la alianza. Andes no es una alianza en cual los países miembros se valoran por su daño sino por su voluntad por unirse con las comunidades del mismo trasfondo cultural e histórico. Y por ende no consideramos a los pequeños un lastre sino como un enriquecimiento, los valoramos por su dedicación a la causa común

MdE: También hay rumores que Argentina y Chile se unirán a Pacifica.

YS01: Nada de eso es cierto. Mantendremos a Andes como futura fuerza de equilibrio en el juego. Hay que tener en la memoria que en el año pasado intentamos acercarnos a Pacifica llegando a firmar MPPs con la mayoría de sus miembros, pero después Pacifica nos traicionó con su ataque a Ucrania y Turquía.

MdE: ¿Por qué cambia cada mes la composición de nuestros MPPs?.

YS01: Tenemos la posibilidad y afinidad de firmar MPPs con unos 25 países en el juego. Pero no siempre se pueden firmar MPPs por razones diferentes como guerras de entrenamientos entre países aliados, las reglas del juego que impiden que dos países borrados puedan firmar una alianza y por la política de las alianzas a las que pertenecen esos países. Tenemos excelentes relaciones con varios países con cuales no tenemos MPPs, y estos países nos ayudan en el campo de batalla sin tener un MPP.

MdE: La anterior Presidenta hizo el mes pasado el comentario que le detestan en otros países como Hungría y que usted es el culpable que países como Bulgaria se alejaran de nosotros. ¿Cómo ve usted eso?.

YS01: Vámonos por partes. El comentario de Valky Vala se refería a Hungría, Polonia, España y Bulgaria.

Como he sido la cabeza visible de nuestro Ministerio de RR.EE. durante mucho tiempo, es comprensible que muchos me culpen por los cambios en el ámbito internacional y en relación con otros países.
Pero hay que entender cómo funciona la política, y especialmente la política exterior en eChile hace años: cada mes entra un nuevo CP y quiere ver realizada su visión personal del juego. Entonces, el nuevo CP aclara a su equipo de trabajo qué quiere hacer y espera que el equipo convierta su visión en realidad. En otras palabras, MoD y MoFA no hacen la política; el CP da sus directivas y MoD y MoFA las ejecutan. Así de simple. El público estaría muy sorprendido si supieran cuales han sido las directivas de los CPs en los años recientes, pero todavía no se puede revelar eso mientras no haya una decisión sobre la desclasificación de documentos.

HUNGRIA: Desde hace dos años que tenemos buenas, en mi criterio muy buenas relaciones con Hungría, aun estando durante mucho tiempo en bandos opuestos. Y tampoco importaba quien gobernara en Hungría. Las relaciones con ambas fracciones políticas principales en el país europeo siempre han sido fluidas y sin problemas, lo que confirmaron también el CP y el MoFA en sus comentarios en el artículo de la ex CP. He sido yo quien hizo el primer NAP con Hungría, arreglando una TW, el primer MPP con Hungría, y estaba de mediador en febrero cuando estalló la guerra Hungría - Tailandia.

POLONIA: Realmente no tenemos muchas relaciones con ellos desde que Polonia se salió de la alianza Sirius y cambió de bando, firmando MPPs con la mayoría de Asteria. No ha sido Chile quien se alejó sino Polonia. Y eso después que Chile coordinaba toda la ayuda para Polonia durante la incursión de Argentina en el país europeo en diciembre de 2014, hasta enseñándoles a los polacos como poner CO.

ESPAÑA: La cuestión de España es un tema muy particular. Hago recuerdo que fue España quien rechazó la oferta de ayuda durante el primer gobierno de pianfar y así como fue España quien rechazó el MPP con Chile en mayo de 2016. Desde entonces, no hubo más intentos de volver a firmar con España ya que los europeos no solo napearon con Asteria sino también firmaron MPPs con la mayoría de nuestros enemigos. Un mes antes de la invasión de Pacifica a España, había advertido en un memorando que España se está haciendo el blanco ideal por su propia política irracional al buscar al mismo tiempo alianzas con Asteria, con Pacifica y con los países que lucharon contra Asteria.

BULGARIA: La historia de la separación entre Chile y Bulgaria se merece un artículo propio. Pero el resumen sería el siguiente: partimos en 2014 con el mismo objetivo, luchar contra Asteria. Chile jamás ha cambiado ese objetivo. Pero al quebrarse la alianza Aurora, Bulgaria dejó entrever que buscaría un acercamiento con Serbia. Entonces Chile y Bulgaria ya no tenían un objetivo en común. Ambos países debían ir en direcciones opuestas para conseguir la materialización de sus objetivos, teniendo en cuenta que primero Grecia y después Argentina y Brasil salieron de Asteria.

La relación de Bulgaria con nosotros desde finales de 2014 hasta nuestra entrada en Adriatica, se puede describir como una historia de amenazas e intromisión en los asuntos internos de Chile. Al mismo tiempo, ni un sólo gobierno chileno desarrolló acciones en contra de Bulgaria, ni hubo intentos por parte de Chile de obligar a Bulgaria a cambiar su política exterior. Más bien Chile en más de una oportunidad intentó mediar en los conflictos de Bulgaria con sus vecinos (Grecia/Turquía/Ucrania).

MdE: Usted se pronunció en contra del NAP firmado con Perú. ¿Por qué?, ¿no quiere paz en Sudamérica?.

YS01: Para que no haya malentendidos, yo no estoy contra de un NAP con Perú. Lo que me molestó fue: 1) la forma como ocurrió el NAP. La ex CP no solo mintió sobre la existencia de un supuesto acuerdo entre Australia y Perú, sino que mintió a sus propios miembros de gabinete sobre la inminente firma del NAP, y en un acto insólito para los gobiernos chilenos, en un acto jamás visto antes, permitió la intromisión de un gobierno externo (Perú) en nuestros asuntos internos, cediendo a la presión peruana para un cambio en el gabinete.

2) Las negociaciones sobre el NAP fueron congeladas en mayo por falta de concordia entre las posiciones de Chile y Perú. La posición consensuada del gobierno chileno en los meses pasados siempre había sido que: a) no se reconoce a un aliado como una colonia de un país enemigo, mucho menos si no hay un acuerdo de alquiler o TW entre el país enemigo y el país aliado; b) que hay que aclarar en un NAP que no se debe financiar a países invasores, la fórmula de “mantenerse neutral” no es suficiente; y c) como el NAP había sido planeado como continental, la inclusión de Bolivia como zona de influencia de otro país no sólo constituía una falta de respeto hacia el derecho de Bolivia de decidir sobre sí misma sino que hacía innecesario definir zonas de influencia.

Lo que hizo la ex CP fue burlarse de la posición de los anteriores gobiernos, aceptando todas las posiciones de Perú.

Yo más que nadie quiero paz en Sudamérica. Cuando propuse hace un año y medio una alianza sudamericana, dejé bien en claro que Perú y Colombia también deben tener su lugar en la alianza como cualquier otro miembro. Perú por puro capricho se hizo primero a un lado por pugnas internas (su hasta entonces MoFA Sergio Cuadrao se había enfrentado con la cúpula de poder peruana y terminó buscando refugio en Brasil) y después cuando se les ofreció entrar Syndicate, Perú decidió asociarse con el enemigo y entrar en Asteria. Si hacemos las paces ahora, ambos lados deben ganar. El reciente NAP no contribuye a ese objetivo; más bien es un paso atrás, ya que Chile en nada se beneficia con lo que se firmó.

MdE: ¿Por qué no estamos luchando en nuestras RWs?.

YS01: Vamos a luchar nuestras RWs en el momento oportuno. Luchamos cuando las condiciones son más favorables para nuestro lado. Mientras tanto, guardemos recursos para esas fechas. Debemos optimizar nuestros recursos para los días cuando las perspectivas de éxito aumenten. La población no debe desesperarse ni pensar que el gobierno no toma en serio la lucha contra los invasores. Tenemos un plan, pero la implementación de ese plan necesita que la población tenga paciencia y los combatientes acaten las órdenes del Ministerio de Defensa con cierta disciplina. ¡Vamos a dar pelea pronto!.

Dear Chileans and Friends,

We meet today at "El Café de la Siesta" with eChile's President, Yosemite Sam01, who has been so kind to answer some of frecuently asked questions.

MdE: Is it said that our newly created alliance is about to dissolve again? Right or not?

YS01: No way!. We have just started. Both Chile and Argentina, the two biigest countries in the alliance, have recently reaffirmed that both countries have no intention of abandoning the project of a South American alliance. We recall that Andes was founded not only as a military alliance, but also as a diplomatic, cultural and social alliance that aims to bring together Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities. Chile and Argentina are firm in their commitment to the smaller countries of the alliance. Andes is not an alliance in which the member countries are valued by their damage but by their willingness to unite with the communities of the same cultural and historical background. And therefore we do not consider the small ones as a ballast but as an enrichment, we value them by their dedication to the common cause.

MdE: There are also rumors that Argentina and Chile will join Pacifica?.

YS01: None of that is true. We will keep Andes as a future force of balance in the game. We have to keep in mind that last year we tried to get closer to Pacifica by signing MPPs with most of its members, but then Pacifica betrayed us with their attack on Ukraine and Turkey.

MdE: Why does the composition of our MPPs change every month?

YS01: We have the possibility and affinity to sign MPPs with about 25 countries in the game. But MPPs can not always be signed for different reasons such as training wars between allied countries, the rules of the game that prevent two erased countries from signing an alliance and the policy of the alliances to which those countries belong. We have excellent relationships with several countries with which we do not have MPPs, and these countries help us on the battlefield without having a MPP.

MdE: The previous CP made a comment last month that people detest you in other countries like Hungary and that you are the culprit that countries like Bulgaria moved away from us. How do you see that?

YS01: Let's go step by step. Valky Vala's comments referred to Hungary, Poland, Spain and Bulgaria.

As I have been the visible head of our Ministry o Foreign Affairs for a long time it is understandable that many people blame me for changes in the international arena and in relation to other countries.

But you have to understand how politics works, and especially foreign policy in eChile for years now: Each month a new CP enters and wants to see realized his personal vision of the game. Then the new CP clarifies to his government team what he wants to do and expects that his secretaries turn the CP´s vision into facts. In other words: MoD and MoFA don´t make politics. The CP issues his policies and MoD and MoFA and will execute them. It's that simple. The public would be very surprised if they would know what the directives of the CPs have been in recent years, but that can not yet be revealed until there is a decision on declassification of documents.

HUNGARY: For the past two years we have had good relations, in my opinion very good relations with Hungary, and that even for a long time on opposing sides. Nor did it matter who ruled in Hungary. Relations with both main political factions in the European country have always been smooth, which was also confirmed by the Hungarian CP and the MoFA in their comments in the exCP´s article. Remember it was me who reached the first NAP with Hungary, arranged a TW, got to the first MPP with Hungary and was mediator in February when the Hungarian-Thai war broke out.

POLAN😨 We have not really had any relations with them since Poland quit the Sirius alliance and switched sides, signing MPPs with the majority of Asteria. It was not Chile who moved away, Poland did. And that after Chile coordinated all the aid for Poland during the incursion of Argentina in the European country in December of 2014, including teaching to Poles how to put CO.

SPAIN: The issue of Spain is a very particular one. I remind you that it was Spain that rejected the offer of aid during the first government of pianfar and just as it was Spain that rejected the MPP with Chile in May 2016. Since then, there were no further attempts to re-sign with Spain as the Europeans not only signed a NAP with Asteria but also signed MPPs with most of our enemies. A month before the invasion of Pacifica in Spain, I had warned in a memorandum that Spain is becoming the ideal target because of its own irrational politics while seeking at the same time alliances with Asteria, Pacifica and the countries that fought against Asteria.

BULGARIA: The history of the separation between Chile and Bulgaria deserves an article of its own. But the summary would be as follows: we set out in 2014 with the same objective, fighting against Asteria. Chile has never changed that goal. But when the Aurora alliance broke, Bulgaria already hinted that it would seek a rapprochement with Serbia. Then Chile and Bulgaria no longer had a common goal. Both countries had to go in opposite directions to achieve the realization of their objectives, taking into account that first Greece and then Argentina and Brazil left Asteria.

Bulgaria's relationship with us from the end of 2014 until our entry into Adriatica can be described as a history of threats and intrusion into Chile's internal affairs. At the same time, not a single Chilean government carried out actions against Bulgaria, nor did Chile attempt to force Bulgaria to change its foreign policy. Rather, Chile has more than once attempted to mediate conflicts between Bulgaria and its neighbors (Greece / Turkey / Ukraine).

MdE: You pronounced youself against the NAP signed with Peru. Why? Don´t you want peace in South America?

YS01: Don´t let me be misunderstood. I am not against a NAP with Peru. What bothered me was: 1) the way the NAP happened. The exCP not only lied about the existence of an alleged agreement between Australia and Peru, but lied also to its own cabinet members about the imminent signing of the NAP, and in an act unheard of for the Chilean governments, in an act never seen before, allowed the interference of an external government (Peru) in our internal affairs, yielding to the Peruvian pressure for a change in the cabinet.

2) Negotiations on the NAP were frozen in May due to a lack of agreement between the positions of Chile and Peru. The consensus position of the Chilean government in the past months has always been that: a) an ally can not recognized as a colony of an enemy country, much less if there is no rental or TW agreement between the enemy country and the allied country ; b) it is necessary to clarify in a NAP that the other part won´t finance the invading countries, the formula of "staying neutral" is not enough; And (c) as the NAP had been planned as continental, the inclusion of Bolivia as an area of ​​influence of another country not only constituted a lack of respect for Bolivia's right to decide on itself but made it unnecessary to define zones of influence.

What the exCP did was scoffing herself of the previous governments´ positions, accepting all Peruvian positions.

I, more than everybody else, want peace in South America. When I proposed a South American alliance a year and a half ago, I made it clear that Peru and Colombia must also have their place in the alliance like any other member. Peru by pure whim because of domestic quarrels stepped aside (his hitherto MoFA Sergio Cuadrao had faced the Peruvian group in power and ended up seeking shelter in Brazil) and then when they were offered to enter Syndicate, Peru decided to associate with the enemy and enter Asteria. If we make peace now, both sides must win. The recent NAP does not contribute to this goal; rather it is a step back, since Chile does not benefit at all from what was signed.

MdE: Why are not we fighting in our RWs?

YS01: Let's fight our RWs at the right time. We fight when conditions are more favorable for our side. In the meantime, let's save resources for those dates. We want to optimize our resources for the days when the prospects for success increase. The population must not despair or think that the government does not take seriously the fight against the invaders. We have a plan, but the implementation of that plan requires that the population has patience and the combatants follow the orders of the Ministry of Defense with some discipline. We will fight soon !.
