eIsrael Military Privatization Explained

Hello all,
After discussing ideas with our new CP K0mu, I would like to explain how the MU privatization would work.
I have been working for a while with K0mu on this idea, and I hope you will agree with us, it is a great option to help the eIsraeli economy while keeping our military strong.
So first, we rid ourselves of the eIDF.
It is very big, and very expensive.
The eIDF will be replaced by 4 Mercenary units.
One MU for D1, one for D2, one for D3, and one for D4.
Each MU would be for hire by either an individual MU, or by a country itself.
They would hire a MU for one battle, or one campaign.
The country who hires the MU must be an ally, thereby encouraging other countries to sign a MPP with us for a good price.
Once a MU is hired, all energy is focused to the battle or campaign specified by the employer.
Then, when the fighting is over, each member of the MU who wants to earn their split of the profits will enter the total amount of damage caused throughout the campaign or battle, as well as their name.
This information is used to calculate how much the employer pays to hire the MU.
The money earned from the fighting is split 60% towards a supplies fund, where every week, supplies will be bought by the MU to distribute equally to all active members.
The other 40% is immediately split towards each active member of the fighting.
The money is split equally.
The only time our MUs will not work for others is if eIsrael is attacked.
Then, any active fighting is canceled.
This system for privatizing our military will succeed because now, our MUs are self sufficient economically.
And aren't bickering with each other over supplies.
KM, please vote for total privatization, it is the most logical solution.

How would the MU's be placed "in the market" ? In other words how and who will advertise the MU's and what will be their price?
So eIsrael now turns into Pirate Land?
* eIsrael doesnt have the damage to hold even one single powerful MU, therefore dont even expect proposals, unless you can deliver at least 200-250m damage per round.
* Its cheaper, more effective (NE Bonus, Morale) and quicker for at least 85% of nations to supply their own fighters or start up a sending supplies to random mercs, especially with the low activity and presence of eIsraeli MU's.
Doesn't even look good on paper, sorry
+ Seems like not more than a retarded idea to break up eIDF.

What are the prices?
Would eIsrael need to pay or only other countries?
Who would the MUs prove they have delivered?
IRL there is a thing called business plan when you want to form a business, can you think of one?
What the hell are we fighting for? Is there another goal but eIsrael?
Currently, I am figuring out a formula to calculate price per hiring a MU.
The goal here is to not bankrupt eIsrael.
We cant afford a national MU right now, so breaking up into mercenary units is necessary.
Yes, if eIsrael ever needs us, we will fight for our country.
Top priority is to eIsrael.
This mercenary idea ensures our MUs will have money for supplies, so eIsrael is relieved of a big expense.
Joe, to answer your question, any other MU or government can hire us...
As long as they are an ally.
We all assume eIsrael is worth nothing,
Until we calculate the total damage caused.
After a country hires one of these MUs
I will enter the total damage caused into a public spreadsheet,
This spreadsheet will calculate the effectiveness of each MU, and the total cost to hire them

Seems a bit utopian.
There is no such thing we can't afford our own army, not in RL and not in the game!
There is a way how to balance revenue and expenditure.
I have never seen a service that a customer will pay for without a proof of delivery and without knowing out front what is included but let's say there will be someone that will be willing to pay, why not lease him the eIDF? Why only private MU can be for sale?
So eIsrael will become a sell-sword ? How do you think this will effect our foreign relations, Israel becoming a product sold to the highest bidder ? What happens if a MU is sold to a country and than another country wants to hire it's services immediately for a significantly higher price ? and what about Greece ? Will we help our brothers only if they pay ? And what will happen when we will need help ? Our allies will pay for our aid, what will prevent them from asking us to do the same ?
How about leaving one MU for eIDF?
I prefer to remain in eIDF and get no supply than be a soldier for hire...

I just am thinking about eIsrael first.
Does this mean our closest allies get a reduced price?

But please keep commenting with ideas for improvement.

No. This plan is complete nonsense. Simply stop funding the eIDF and Samson and that will help you in your budget scenario. Breaking the eIDF up does nothing to ease the budget crisis, and all it serves to do is break up national cohesion. As for Samson, which wasn't even named (how convenient), this leaves them a much more dominant MU. This is simply nonsense and anyone with an amount of intelligence can see that.
The eIDF can stay just how it is, thank you very much.
Stop funding to it and to Samson and that solves your problem. An attempt to break the eIDF up will result in many unofficial MU's because people's loyalty to their unit stands strong. What if you tried to break up Samson into smaller units? Yeah. I don't think so. This is simply a retaliatory strike against Meow2's decisions. It is beyond madness and it will not work, not even by the strongest of your wills.

I'm not sure Hunter was thinking about Amit's "decision" but maybe I'm naive.
He was just trying to give an idea, his idea now include some point that are worth discussion like give supplies based on actual damage and just just because the player asked for it.
But of course the main idea is making other countries pay for the damage which is a complete absurd
Samson is NOT Israel's army and they can sell their services now if they wish to do so, see who pays for it...
just rent the mu to israeli citizens and pay if u can for their attacks for israel.

My reaction in the Congress Voting:
It seems both options have not been examined enough and thorough. It now appears to be two very rough ideas without looking at further options or even the consequences of each option.
Will there be a demand for an Israeli MU on the international battlefield? There are far more larger damage-brokers (makers) and certainly more active.
Secondly there must be a way to keep supplies up in the eIDF, perhaps only in battles on own ground versus continued supplies every day.
I firstly want to see a good worked out plan on both options, with perhaps a try-out on one of the eIDF MU’s first before radicalising the National Army.
Until that time I will abstain from any voting!

And discuss ideas we have.
From what I have read,
People dont want the whole eIDF to be a mercenary MU
But it is worth a shot
Yes, there are more active militaries for rent
But if we could sell our dmg for a better price,
People would be more inclined to hire us
