eBolivia: A roller coaster ride

Well in Bolivia's first Presidential elections Ernesto_Guevara won the elections. This is a very positive change as he is the leader of the Bolivians who did not enter the nation merely to steal money. The AFK Party had been successful in PTOing Bolivia during the Congressional elections and proceeded to plunder the treasury. However it's members have left the nation leaving only two senators from a previous PTO plot in the nation. The natives now have full control of their nation back. The AFK party was PTO'd and renamed “PAL”.

While the populace of eBolivia is glad that they have their nation back other troubles still loon ahead.

Currently that nation has about 2 days before the admin's “grace” period is gone and they are open to attack. The leadership is frantically trying to alliances set up, but they don't want to join a “Super Alliance” like PEACE or Fortis but instead decide alliances on a Nation to Nation basis. Currently Bolivia is the only nation not in the Hispanic-American Alliance, which is considered the Brazilian arm of PEACE.
