Deaths, incompetence, and happiness

Cutting to the chase, this article is about three things of minimal importance. Enjoy my clutter in your news feed.
Deaths
Though I am a bit late for the Obon Festival, I wanted to mention two folks who passed away that I miss.
I started playing this game a little over a year ago at the behest of a college friend of mine, LatroCivillus. Having studied political science, he found this game fascinating in how it allowed people to not only pile over each other in a feeble attempt to organize netizens into a country but to live out their subconscious and sometimes very conscious desires to wipe out RL countries. Having studied economics, I personally was annoyed at how this game was designed and how the model used was about as correct in paralleling RL economics as any model presented to first year economics majors. Still, Latro kept me interested because this game was the main way we communicated since he is an antisocial fuck in RL. I will text you this insult so that it is not made essentially behind your back, Latro. Sadly, he passed away due to disinterest. I stuck around despite my one in game friend dying. It was not for the community as many people love to say when explaining why they stick around. No, it was due to the fact that I enjoy leveling up my citizen for no other reason than doing so. My citizen is essentially a human Tamagotchi pet. Nothing highly intellectual keeping me around.
You will be missed you antisocial $@*!
As for Shanghaibess, my other close friend playing this game, she left once the eUS was safe. She fought everyday to kick the Ruskies, Indos, and ?Portos? out and once they were gone, she lost her interest.
Here's to you sexeh lady.
Incompetence
I wake up today and sign on only to see that several congressmen/womynz have voted for this law proposal for a donation of 20,000 JPY to an org oh so cleverly named "Nattional Bank of Japan." To my knowledge, only 7 unauthorized candidates made it into congress, meaning 6 endorsed candidates voted yes to this. Though the title "incompetence" is used more for effect since I do not think this amounts to incompetence, just a bit of carelessness (unless the donation ends up being made, in which case FUUUUUUUU), seriously?
This may be my first time in Congress but I try making sure, in game and in RL, to think out my actions before a take them. Folks, try to be very careful when voting for proposals that have not been discussed on the forums. Do not vote for some random crap just because some dude in the corner that no one ever heard of makes a legit looking proposal.
Yeah totally, this guy looks legit. Even leave your kids with him. For real.
Happiness
I am so happy you elected me to represent Shikoku. ENJOY THE PUGS.

LOL. Tamagotchi... good ol'days... I wonder how long I would have bothered with it if it didn't suddenly drown in a washing machine XD. Wonder how long i'll continue here hehe...
voted and sub 😉
Psion, that's why you're not allowed to have nice things.
Voted for great justice.
derp
If it wasn't for the backlash each senator would get, it would be nice to know who voted for what, so that we could find these people and sack them.
In truth, since the measure didn't pass I really am merely annoyed by it. That part of the article was mostly meant to shame them into paying a little more attention. I don't believe they should be sacked just yet. Regardless, I see you're a healthy non-bot citizen. Given Japan's activity, you should run for Congress next time!
I don't think anyone would be willing to endorse me, considering my track record. It's been seven months since I was last here, but there are probably some people who still remember what I have said and done.
