This time the logs are about how TWO, after trying unsuccessfully to get to China for I-don't-know-how-many times believes it has now a fool-proof plan to do so, using the upcoming Romanian-Russian war.
The only glitch in this piece of reasoning is this: in order for Poland or Hungary to get to China, Romania needs to conquer the province of Western Siberia.
What if Romania turns north instead, and goes to the Russian colonies in Scandinavia? In order to close the war with Russia, Romania needs to either conquer those or liberate them via RWs anyway. And let's not forget about Kaliningrad.
On the other hand, once Romania arrives in Ostlandet, either the UK abandons both her Norwegian colonies or Romania crosses into Scotland.
Only if the UK abandons her colonies will the Romanians be stopped from ultimately crossing the Atlantic and would have to move East, to finish off what is left of Russia.
But even then, with proper timing the Russian provinces of Central Black Earth and Volga can be RW-ed before proceeding to Western Siberia, thus blocking the path to China for both Hungary and Poland.
Sure, that would mean Romania won't be doing much with Russia. But that was to be expected anyway given the current geopolitical situation. What can Romania do however is once it reaches Far East Russia to cross into Alaska and bring the fun to the people who had started all this mess, with their brilliant idea of creating CTRL. Let's see if the USA is still in the mood for an "Operation Gangnam Style" under such circumstances.
On a personal note, I think that a war against Russia just for the sake of it is a strategic idiocy.
I can find some merit in a war which only uses Russia as a "highway" to more interesting targets. But it is still a not very bright idea, with the only excuse being boredom and the need "to do something".
