Big Wheel Keeps Turninig:

Day 3,234, 15:43 Published in USA USA by Jimmy Cincinnati

Issue #139

The world keeps on spinning. We do our best to keep pace, but despite our best effort; we keep ending up in the same place.
The Task Masters were whipping us harder and the overlords kept throwing higher hurdles. Our bodies were chained to our chairs, our chairs were chained to our desk, our pleas for justice were ignored and the end seemed near.

Submission isn't my forte. It doesn't make a very fun game anyways. So, one day we broke free from our yokes and we busted the taskmaster's tiny balls.
We built a Constitution, Forum, Militia, Writer's Guild and various social programs. We wrote articles, we campaigned, we recruited and we used diplomacy. Until, one day; we were a top 5 party.

Lately, it seems that we're the means to an end. Our party president's got roads named after him. (One Way.)
Many people contacted me and warned me that he shouldn't be trusted, but I wanted to avoid that drama. Most of those warnings turned out to be accurate.
I'm not angry and saying hurtful things isn't going to say anything good about my character. We need new leadership. I'll try and leave it at that.

-Narration-
*In a smoke filled back room; A man lights a cocaine laced cigar and gazes at his crew.*

-The Party President-
I have brought you here, tonight, to discuss the terms of your constitution. Currently, you are producing at a, shall we say, less than acceptable rate. If these trends continue; we will have no choice, but to make some terminations. (If you catch my drift.)

-Cincinnatus-
Should you distinguish between uses and thems? Some of us are busting our rumps.

-The Party President-
Who is this elitist? Get him out of here, while my good nature is still prevalent.

-Mr. Stone-
I made the graphics you requested. I'll make some more. Just waiting on feedback.

-The Party President-
I've got this!

-Narration-
*The Party President Throws back a swig of whiskey and dismisses his delegation with a gesture.
Once everyone is gone, he goes over to the liquor cabinet and takes out a picture of a white puppy.
Tears begin to flow.*
