Hello Dear eIsrael Citizens,
We would like to officially unveil the first project for improving and strengthening the eIsraeli economy.

Israel Work Project
The project aim is to increase the state’s income from Work Tax, by increasing both the working hands and the amount of factories and mines in Jerusalem.

The goal is to increase the daily Work Tax revenues from 11k to 35k by the end of this year.
We will do this by giving a loan to those who are eligible for purchasing Saltpeter mines.

There will be 3 tiers:

* Tier I - Get 59,500 ILS for building 10 Saltpeter mines.
* Tier II - Get 119,000 ILS for building 20 Saltpeter mines.
* Tier III - Get 238,000 ILS for building 40 Saltpeter mines.

The state will subsidize 70% of the cost as a long term loan, and the remaining 30% will need to come from the participant as a seriousness fee.

The state is willing to subsidize up to 595,000 ILS for the purchase of 100 Saltpeter mines.

The mines MUST be located in Jerusalem and should remain there as long as you play in the game.

Loan Terms
The loan return term will be dynamic and will change according to the price fluctuations of WRM.

The expected loan return time frame is 7 months for each of the tiers.
The time calculation is made on the selling price of 1 WRM unit for 10 ILS.

Tier II Example:
Amount of Saltpeter Mines * Unit Production * WRM Unit Sell Price * Loan Days = Expected Income.
20 Mines * 3.2 Units/Mine * 10 ILS * 210 = 134,400 ILS

We know that the WRM price changes, so due to that the loan return time frame may change according to the global selling price.

Participation Requirements
In order to be eligible to the participate in the project you need to be:

1. An eIsrael citizen for at least 6 months.
2. Have at least 1 Hard Worker medal.
3. Level 35 or above.
4. Have 30% of the cost of the desired tier as a seriousness fee.

Do’s & Don’ts

1. We understand that the market prices are dynamic, If you can’t keep up with the loan return time frame, DON’T sell the mines, contact our MoF (Fox M.). and we will get to an agreement.
2. If you are on low levels or don’t have other mines and factories, start with the lowest tiers, you can always upgrade your tier.
3. Every few months we will “restart” the project and offer the loans again, so there is no limit to how much mines you can have.
5. Don’t fight for prices with your fellow eIsrael citizens, a lot of people buy WRM, especially around eRepublik events.
6. After you pay your loan, keep the mines, it can help you make a few extra ILS everyday.

שלום אזרחי אי-ישראל היקרים,
אנחנו רשמית שמחים לחשוף את הפרוייקט הראשון לשיפור וחיזוק הכלכלה הישראלית.

פרוייקט העבודה הישראלי
מטרת הפרוייקט הוא להגדיל את הכנסות המדינה ממס העבודה ע״י הגדלת כמות הידיים העובדות וגם הגדלת כמות המפעלים והמכרות בירושלים.

התוכנית היא להגדיל את רווחי המדינה היומיים ממס עבודה מ-11 אלף ל-35 אלף עד סוף השנה הנוכחית.
נעשה זאת ע״י מתן הלוואת סבסוד למי שיתאים לתוכנית לצורך רכישת מכרות מלח.

התוכנית תכלול 3 מסלולים:

* מסלול ראשון - קבלת 59,500 ש״ח לצורך רכישת 10 מכרות מלח.
* מסלול שני - קבלת 119,000 ש״ח לצורך רכישת 20 מכרות מלח.
* מסלול שלישי - קבלת 238,000 ש״ח לצורך רכישת 40 מכרות מלח.

המדינה תממן הלוואת סבסוד בשווי 70% מעלות מכרות המלח לטווח ארוך, ואת יתר ה-30% המשתתף יצטרך להשלים כדמי רצינות.

המדינה תעניק הלוואות בשווי כולל של 595,000 ש״ח עבור רכישת של 100 מכרות מלח.

המכרות חייבים להיות ממוקמים בירושלים ולהישאר שם כל עוד אתם משחקים במשחק.

תנאי הלוואה
החזר ההלוואה יהיה דינאמי ויושפע בעקבות שינויים במחירי חומרי גלם לנשקים.

זמן החזר ההלוואה הצפוי הוא עד 7 חודשים עבור כל אחד מהמסלולים.
זמן זה חושב לפי מחיר מכירה של 10 ש״ח עבור יחידה אחת של חומרי גלם לנשקים.

מסלול שני - דוגמא:
כמות מכרות * ייצור חומרי גלם למכרה * מחיר מכירה ליחידה * כמות ימי הלוואה = הכנסה משוערת.
20 מכרות * 3.2 יחידות למכרה * 10 ש״ח ליחידה * 210 ימים = 134,400 ש״ח.

אני מודעים לכך שמחירי חומרי גלם לנשקים משתנה, לכן זמן החזר ההלוואה ישתנה בהתאם למחיר המכירה הגלובלי.

תנאי השתתפות
על מנת להיות זכאים להשתתף בתוכנית, עליכם לעמוד בתנאים הבאים:

1. להיות אזרח אי-ישראל 6 חודשים לפחות.
2. להיות עם מדליית עובד חרוץ אחת לפחות.
3. להיות רמה 35 לפחות.
4. להיות עם 30% מעלות המכרות של המסלול שאתם רוצים כדמי רצינות.

עשה ואל תעשה

1. אנחנו מבינים שמחירי השוק הם דינאמיים, אם אתם לא מצליחים לעמוד בזמן החזר ההלוואה, אל תמכרו את המכרות, צרו קשר עם שר האוצר (Fox M.) ותגיעו להסדר.
2. במידה ואתם ברמה נמוכה או שאין לכם מפעלים ומכרות, התחילו עם המסלול הנמוך, תמיד אפשר להשתדרג.
3. אחת למספר חודשים התוכנית ״תתחיל מחדש״ ותציעו שוב הלוואות, לכן אין הגבלה לכמות המכרות שתוכלו לרכוש.
4. אל תלחמו על מחירי חומרי גלם לנשקים עם שאר האזרחים הישראליים, הרבה אנשים קונים חומרי גלם לנשקים במיוחד לקראת אירועים.
5. אחרי שהחזרתם את ההלוואה, תשמרו על המכרות, זה יכול לתת לכם עוד כמה שקלים כל יום.
