Join the new world

Good evening my fellow Mad citizens! For those of you who didn't see it yesterday before I took the article down I inaccurately stated France as an enemy in my Resistance wars Rant! It turns out they are in fact our allies and we only had they're territory because we took it from Spain! So, they needed it back and I jumped to conclusions due do my military orders of yesterday, I apologize for the false info I promise to fact check before publishing from now on! However without further a due today's Rant Dead Citizens!
I understand keeping dead citizens around in case a player comes back(yes from the dead) just to be fair, after all on an old account I did same thing and came back from along stretch! Honestly though in my opinion there should be limits on how long they are still listed as a player and allowed back! I only say this because I noticed the high amount of dead citizens in my military unit alone!(it's quite high let me tell you) and I find that unfair because while you are excluded from parties in death the military unit still receives numbers from dead players increasing standing(from what I can tell) and that is on unfair if you think about it!
