Scopes are the rarest, rockets one but rarest, and the rest is so abundant that you don't have to consider them.
Every now and then the admins have a promotion where you can waste your gold on bazooka parts, but personally I don't think it's worth it. But for those people who have plenty of money to spend on erepublik I guess it might be useful (for a while).
As you get stronger and stronger, Q7 weapons will allow you to do more damage than bazookas...
