A WAY OUT OF A DEAD END. NORTHERN CYPRUS SHOULD NOT BECOME e-VERDUN.

Dear Friends, Allies and e-Opponents,

Meanwhile, Haculetto Dedeoglu arranged for a turkish translation, link http://www.erepublik.com/tr/article/exohoritis-039-in-bar-ouml-nerisi-exohoritis-039-peace-proposal-ccedil-eviri--1624038/1/20#comments . I wish to express to him my thanks.

the situation between the two e-nations of Turkey and Greece becomes too boring and more expensive every day. This is not a game anymore. Enough mistakes were made by all of us. One Ptoed Cyprus (a country only added to drain golds from both while VERY few Cypriots are playing), the other conquered it, then declared war with no reason, Greeks spent thousands of gold to reverse the population advantage, Turkish forces counterattacked and so on...

We are here to play and have fun and not to die over a computer screen.

So, without speaking to noone I have construed a ceasefire proposal. The terms:

1. Immediate removal of Natural Enemy by both Parliaments.
2. No independent Cyprus while not enough Cypriots in the game, it causes only problems and hatred.
3. Recognition of greek sovereignity over Southern Cyprus by Turkey for 4 months.
4. Northern Cyprus will be ceded to Turkey for 30 days, starting tomorrow.
5. Within these 30 days Turkey should find a new high grain region to get from this the +25% bonus.
6. If Turkey finds it, then Greece rents Northern Cyprus from Turkey for 500 golds per month.
7. If Turkey does not find a new high grain region, then it pays a rent of 1000 golds per month to Greece for keeping Northern Cyprus. Higher rent is an incentive for Turkey to find an additional high grain region.
8. If Greece too finds a new high grain region within these 30 days then Northern Cyprus will be exchanged every month between the two states without any payment of rent. Or we can talk then for an independent Northern Cyprus with no Ptos. The South remains Greek so as to provide equal proximity to Northern Cyprus to both Turkey and Greece.
9. No attack between the 2 countries for 4 months.
10. Costs for opening any wars needed will be divided between the two countries.

Or alternative scenario B:

4. Northern Cyprus will be ceded to Greece for 30 days, starting tomorrow night.
5. Within these 30 days Greece should find a new high grain region to get from this the +25% bonus.
6. If Greece finds it, then Turkey rents Northern Cyprus from Greece for 500 golds per month.
7. If Greece does not find a new high grain region, then it pays a rent of 1000 golds per month to Turkey for keeping Northern Cyprus. Higher rent is an incentive for Greece to find an additional high grain region.
8. If Turkey too finds a new high grain region within these 30 days then Northern Cyprus will be exchanged every month between the two states without any payment of rent.

I think it is time to stop this monumentary nonsense and waste of golds and play the game according to the new radically changing environment of it.

To my (greek and myopic) eyes the scenario A takes more in notice the immediate needs of the Turkish economy and thus it is preferable. I think my proposal is extremely balanced and respects both countries and all players.

Either we both grow up and try to adapt to the huge changes, taking care of e-babies or we will be both destroyed by stupidity and nationalism.

Kind regards to all and wishes, hoping that GAME reason will prevail
