A time to think
H. S. Dovewatch
Finally, an article not talking about the Hungarian, ahem, activities.
This is about the union between ourselves and Germany...
Over the next few days, Austria should become part of Germany as their forces move through our rejons without resistance.
I cannot give much more detail, as I don't really know anymore. In this article I simply want to urge ALL citizans to stay here in eAustria, and continue to live normally, but now in a viable and relitivly significant nation.
eAustria will be a very interesting and, perhaps, much sought after nation. And though the Presidencey will be all the way over in eGermany we will still have congressmen and women standing up for the ordinary peoples rights.
It will be a fantastic spot for small buisnesses to grow, for Politically active citizens to make a difference and for Newspaper editers to be noticed for what they write and who they are.
eAustria may one day join the top 15, but for now it will soon be the perfect spot for small time players to become rather big time players.
eAustria and eGermany are as much the same as Austria and Germany, who's real life union is only prevented by an old piece of League of Nations ledglaslation, so eAustria won't really lose in soverreignity. Just it's forced independance.
If the eGermans are not as honest as we think they are and exploit our grain, we WILL start a fight for independance. Be they resistance wars or digging up dirt or whatever else we can think of, Congress will stand with anyone who wishes for good again.
However, I think that the scenerio stated in the last paragraph is an extemely unlikely one.
I believe that our Union will mean everyone wins, and I hope you feel the same.
eAustria has a future.
Knotsworth.

My country wont let Germany to seize the part of our living space.
Burgenland will be Hungary even if you like it or not.
Question: does stupidity have any lower bound? It appears not. The high-grain region is Lower Austria, Ruzsasandor, not Burgenland!!
Robert, great article. Voted!
Let's hope the Hungarians, Hrvat, Silent Bob, whoever, don't derail our dream in the last minute.
your dream? yes that's probably right.. but are you Austrian? why dont you write in german?
"Just it's forced independance."
You just made me puke! Writing "Rot-Weiß-Rot bis in den Tod" and then swapping the Austrian flag for Scharz-Rot-Gold?
Langsam bin ich mir nicht mehr sicher, ob der Plot von den Ungarn oder von den Deutsch-Nationalisten ausgeht!
@The Foundation:
Frage: Hat Dummheit Grenzen? Anscheinend nicht. Die high-grain Region ist Niederoesterreich, Ruzsasandor, nicht das Burgenland!
Robert, super Artikel. Hab dafuer 'gestimmt'.
So, what's the point: let's see what happens in a german-austrian union and a fade austrian souvereignity. Then if they don't respect their part, we will start a fight???
That's a solution from the hungarian attempts?
Rot Weiss Rot in den Tod, is a phrase that has come to mean (in my opinion) Glory to Austria. I believe that the Union will make Austria a better place, and thereby more glourious. I am therefore perfectly within reason to state Glory to Austria.
I apologise if I made you puke, but It was probably your own dispicable and disgusting thoughts that did it.
@Lubita
It's better than being thrown into darkness because of a fault in the game and it's exploiters.
Oh, and there's also the possibilty that the eGermans acctually have some honour, unlike some, and will respect their part of the deal.
Well, that is a point. It's so important to explain the attitude in which we believe in. Just like in the law proposals...some are so absurde. How many think they can make us to vote YES if they don't have a logical explanation?! None, because we aren't stupids!
"Then if they don't respect their part, we will start a fight???"
There is a secession clause in the agreement! If we feel unhappy in the union we can dissolve it and become independent again. Please read the contract here:

@Chicco
Indeed, however that is only a contract and we cannot force anyone to do anything on this game. That's unless the Admins deside they should acctually do something.
However, I have every confidence the eGermans will not break the agreement and we will continue to be one for a very, very, very long time.
I really do hope that you will try some form of diplomacy before randomly starting a resistance war. We should find a way to make this work, perhaps indefinitely. By uniting we are far more powerful than we would be alone.
Long live Germany-Austria!
