A Question about Houses

Here's an elementary question that I have not seen addressed anywhere.

Is it possible to have more than 1 house active at once? If the answer is "yes" can the houses be of different qualities? What are the advantages/disadvantages of each option?

On another topic entirely: Thanks for solving my forum access issue. I was able to vote in my first primary election today. I feel so-o-o-o mmmmm... citizeny.

Yet another topic: I noticed quite a few folks requesting citizenship to the e-USA. Maybe as a result of the new city feature? Maybe one of our party leaders could send these folks a greeting and an invitation to join the good old SFP. Or at least stand in the airport and hand out pamphlets as they arrive.

Unless the new "residence" feature changes things, activating a second house of the same type extends the countdown on the currently-active house. Two or more different houses active is what you want for extending the energy storage available.
