a new company on the block

Today i made a new company with my org (nogex investments) called cheap 'n' shitty i am looking for a bunch of motivated workers from any skill. The reason you should come and work at my company is that if you are a good employee ( if you work every day, work at 100 health) you will be rewarded like youre salarie will rise or you will recieve free food or even cash. But bad workers who work at low health for example they will be punished there salarie wil be lowered.
