well after the break of 7 days ,i am ready to present the scheme .
so everyone i have seen parties with logos of FREE weapons and food for newbies and other things.
which is in my opinion is a total waste. although the commune is pretty good.
but what will the use of sending q7 weapons or food to low strength players.
and there are many possible reasons why it is not so good.
so my basic strategy is to point out the low strength players who are probably helping in commune.
so here is the scheme scenario :
first we need to take some trusted low strength players, besides helping them to get gold for training ground upgrade.
give them currency for buying house first thing.( no need to give them weapons)
second thing and important thing make them buy more house and work more and more and the question is why? , see when they will work more and more we will gethigh productivity , these days q7 price is very high we can sell those weapons and take gold ,
taking example of a player 1 : if player 1 did like 5 times work in a day and work everyday , we can even give him award of 10 gold every week so that he can collect gold for makeing companies upgrade not grounds.
why not training grounds? see its useless in my opinion becuase it will take 2 year of training to reach atleast 60k str in d1 only. and in 2 year many things will drastically change. and honestly no one will wait 2 year to play the game simply.
so my aim is to build workers and farmers for the country. if they wanna leave in between its there will , because it will not harm anyone.
this scheme aim is only to make good activity for new players ( no one really want to play 2 click seriously)
and by this they can enjoy the market behavior by upgrading their own companies and they have an ope gate for politics.

But what we should really focus in is getting some fresh, trained and above all interested newbies from the lot of incoming newbies and integrating them to the main front. We have strong things that they can have and be of use.
Also, the profitability of everything needs to be checked too 😉
The military is still the core aspect of this game. I still think the focus should be on TG upgrades as that's how player will remain interested; through being able to have higher damages even if it doesn't have a high impact, not through farming.
bro you think any new player will seriously wait for 2 or 3 years to get average strength and with infantry kit and others many d1 players will be like 200k strength and that newbie will be just 60k in 2 years .. seriously this will not work in this current scenario.
its better to make newbie a business tycoon rather than a fighter

Businessmen are good, but then too, if they are not going to stay in this game for long Business wont give us much either. When we are investing, it should be on something that can give us(India) a gain on the long run.
I am with you on the point that Infantry Kit has made a shit out of strategy and that there is no hope that the incoming newbies can be strongest in any division. And that actually cuts of probabilities for them to win many BHs. But these increasing CO opportunities in every division gives them a great medium to grow financially. They can also be able to get a BH medal now and then. I know, the income would be quite lower than the expense, but for some reason I am still of the mindset that Training Grounds should be of the prime concern (A Basic Standard) and then business after that.
Ofcourse, this is a good debatable topic and it is true, that both ways have a lot of shortcomings. What we must however make sure done is that Newbies are made to stay in this game somehow. Get them active on Skype, give them some work. Once they are integrated into our society, they can be helped in every way.

I vouch for this kid as I always do.
Honestly, it's equally boring to only work in companies as it is to 2-click for a new player.
Also, your plan is fundamentally flawe😛 You want to increase their activity with the ultimate aim being retention. But if we have a successful retention because of your scheme and people stick around for 6,8,12..month, then they will find themselves to be playing this game for so long but still not having a strong account because we had advised them to spend the money which we gave them on companies which obviously ran into huge losses given the current economy.
So your plan is not a substitute to giving money for TG upgrades but I see it as a method of retention. But, as I said, working in companies is equally boring as 2-clicking so this plan wouldn't be a good one for retention either imho.
Also, as far as houses are concerned, as witty had said in the yuuva thread, this could be a good way of helping newbs instead of giving them weps and food because they will be able to earn more. I'm not a company guy so I'm not sure if it will help boost out 'productivity'. Correct me if I'm wrong but work once or work 5 times a day, profit per weapon remains same and even with high Q7 prices (which are set to drop soon due to tonnes of gold being given away through the raffle) we'd need a few dedicated managers to make this scheme profitable or at least to break-even.
