TEN DAYS OF MAYHEM UPDATE

Just about an hour ago, Plato provided us with an update on the Ten days of Mayhem event, adding a few "minor" modifications.

Now if you are still unfamiliar with the Event's basics please spare a few minutes and check the Ten days of Mayhem Analysis I wrote there. (CLICK)

I will try to digest the UPDATES for you, highlighting the most important parts:

- SELECTING THE TERRAIN OF A BATTLE (round)

As with the original info, the terrain of a battle (round) will be selected by the attacking country. The terrain of every battle will be valid for EVERY Division.

The new and extremely important part here is that a certain terrain type can only be selected ONCE per campaign.

- ONGOING BATTLES

The ongoing battles (rounds) that have started before the Day change of Day 1 of the Event WILL NOT apply the new battle rules and the 100% Rank bonus.

Keep that in mind.

- CHOOSING YOUR TERRAIN SKILLS

This is how the skill distribution window will look like.

As the update goes it is now clear that you DO NOT need to assign all of your available strength at once. You can assign part of it and wait till there is a need to assign another part.

Example:

If you are a D4 player and you have 120 000 strength. Theoretically you can max out 3 Terrain types. You can assign 40 000 str on one terrain type at the beginning of the event. You can keep the remaining 80 000 str for another day, another campaign, another round, depending on your strategy.

Once assigned your strength cannot be unassigned unless you use a Reset token (more on these below). So you will have 2 types of strength:

- Assigned strength - cannot be used for scaling another terrain, unless a reset token is used

- Unassigned strength - can be used for scaling another terrain. It will be show on the top left green corner of the skill distribution menu.

THE eUS SKILL DISTRIBUTION

You have probably received orders from your MU leaders, but if you have not and you are a eUS Citizen please, consider maxing out your terrain skills in the following sequence:

Suburbs > Beach > Airport > Forest > Mountain > Urban > Desert > Swamp

- RESET TOKENS

There is finally a bit more information about these.

If used a reset token will ... well, reset all your skill distribution, meaning that you will have all your strength available for distribution again.

Every citizen will be given 5 Reset tokens at the beginning of the Event.
Every citizen will be allowed to purchase UP TO 10 more Reset Tokens from the battle shop.

1. DO NOT RUSH YOUR STRENGTH DISTRIBUTION

You were probably given instructions from your MU leaders on the strength distribution sequence. And that is perfectly ok.

But do not rush it. Max out the first one and leave the rest of your strength unassigned. That way you will not be stuck with a particular terrain set if something goes wrong and you won't have to waste the LIMITED NUMBER of Reset tokens you will be able to use.

2. BAZOOKA BOOSTERS ROCK

No matter which division you are in, consider using bazooka boosters. You may check your damage dealt with bazooka booster vs Q7 Tanks, but with the maximum strength cap per division you will not be able to surpass the bazooka boosters with Q7 Weapon.

And remember Damage boosters (50% -100😵 apply on bazookas. Consider using some.

3. 100% RANK BONUS

Do not forget that you will have a 100% Military rank bonus, ON THE GROUND battles during the Event. That bonus will be calculated using your total strength, not the capped strength you have assigned per terrain.

So consider fighting a bit harder if you want to raise your Military rank.

>>> DO NOT FORGET Ongoing rounds, that have started before the DC will not apply the 100 % Rank bonus.

4. TRUE PATRIOT REWARD UPDATE

For the duration of the Event the True patriot medal will grant you 3 000 cc not the usual 1 000.

As you will have a strength cap per division, it will be a lot harder to score a True Patriot medal. So consider bringing your True Patriot progress almost to the end, with your currently high strength, and finish it after the DC, getting the higher reward a lot easier.

The eUSA will have our Training War partner New Zealand set as a Natural Enemy so it will be 10% easier for you to score True Patriot medals, if you fight against New Zealand.

5. ARM AMERICA (AA)

Do not forget that the Arm America program will be temporarily active during the Event.

You would be able to receive 6 x Q7 Tanks from the government by the following scheme:

- Fight in the eUS Campaign of the Day

- Comment on the AA shout on the national feed, including the round you have fought in

- Have total strength higher than:

25 000 for D1
50 000 for D2
75 000 for D3
No strength requirement for D4

Try using it and get some free tanks.
