Join the new world

Welcome readers and passerbys of The Toiler, today’s article will be back within the scope of The Toiler. My latest article was not more of a publish for my work within the SFP as the new Party President, so that was an outlier. For today’s focus, I’d like to present a behind-the-scenes work that has organized itself to announce it’s purpose to the world. The beginning of an SFP Art Collective.



The purpose of this collective would be to organize a outlet for philosophical and cultural writings done by SFP members and "fellow travelers" , that is other people from other parties whom hold friendship with the SFP, that want to contribute. Furthermore, I'd like it to be a place where artists from the SFP or fellow-travelers, can make joint art works for anyone to use for their articles or party (e.g an ERA/SFP logo). The art collective would fall under the SFPOM's guidance, in similar fashion that the SFP Radio is and the Freedom Writers Guild. The outcome that our collective would aim to produce is to usher in a new medium to where eLeftists can work together to write pieces that can provide creative outlooks and ideas for the eWorld community, and artwork that can be utilized by those participating in it.

The inspiration came from a recent under-taken by Comrades MaryamQ and RF Williams, but also an Argentine ERA member Gustavo35, who has been working closely with RF Williams on writing some thoughtful pieces. noticed they had used a logo I made for my newspaper The Toiler and it was because Gustavo35 had really liked it, which I felt honored by that. So I felt as an effort to bridge more of an internationalist struggle between all of us, by tackling the questions of theory and the arts.

The beginning staff and writers for this effort:


Maxwell Hanz
The current SFPOM director, this will be overseen by the SFPOM group to make sure there is a joint direction in these writings
Statement: “I am interested in the creation of a new set of icons for use by the party. I would like to create Icons for our Programs and for the three SFP initiatives, Economic, Domestic, and International. Border art and banners are also being taken into consideration on my part.
“


RF Williams
Statement: “ I intend to continue the FUPQ series on ways to combat tyranny and authoritarianism. When it is done, my plan is to hand out lots of fun and silly titles, certificates, degrees and so on.
I love the idea of an art collective and hope that it can have a big spirit and create a lot of joy.”

MaryamQ
Statement: “I am quite excited about this idea, and would like to see it grow to include many media and languages.
Honestly, I don't have any specific plan about what I will be writing, nothing in the style of FUPQ. However, I do feel most inspired by philosophical pieces on a different approach to playing this game. I am also thinking about ways to inspire others to write, not just essays, but also poetry (which we used to see pretty regularly in eBE), and short fiction (which Jimmy, among others, has done well with in the past)”


Fellow-Traveler: Gustavo35
Although not a party member of the SFP, he contributes to the purpose of the Art Collective. As a friend of the party, or a “fellow-traveler” , he has worked alongside with RF Williams in producing joint articles. He has also written pieces himself in the past which one can find in his newspapers; thus our argentine comrade will be our first fellow-traveler in this collective!

Expect some collaborative works, thoughtful pieces, and artwork to be published from here on out under our logo. Also fellow-travelers will have a special access to our forums to be able to share our works together, either in writing or in the visual arts. If interested, send me a message in-game!
