我が愛しきe日本人。How are you all? Still on the healthy right?, By the Way, I congratulate all the elected chairman of parties in last election. Hopefully you all can hold the mandate given by your cadres for advancement to our beloved country.



First of all, I, Daisuke Hideyoshi aka OhayooSan will run for President for the period of November 2012 and ready to work just for the sake of Japan if I am elected or not. Here's my past title in Government.

Alright. I just go ahead with what I would do if I elected to become President in next month.

Military

As we know, the latest proposal for the distribution of arms supplies to the Military Units in Japan is being discussed by the experts in their field. If the draft had been completed and approved, then I will carry on my administration.

I also plan to share our soldiers into 4 Military units divided per division where there will be 2 private MU to be nationalized to reduce the cost spent on the government. It is intended to be organizing the damage so that we can use the strategies of war, which so far can not be used because of fracturing of our strength.

In addition, I , Supreme Commander, and my upcoming MoD, will often perform joint strike to efficiently damage that we have today.

Economy

From looking at the situation and condition of the state treasury funds are minimal, I will enforce things like the following.

1. Instructed MoF to "play" the gold of the National Bank on Monex.
2. Organizing "Sunday donations" for each week.
3. Organizing Takarakuji (Lottery).
4. Etc.

In addition, the transparency of money, I will form a Board of Audit consisting of 2 people.

I will also establish food and weapons Cooperation to the people of Japan.
Cooperation is intended that the Japanese people can buy food and guns with a cheaper price than the global market and 5 percent of the profits will go into the state treasury.

I will divide the the foreign department into various parts of the work which is chaired by the prime MOFA. among other things:

Deputy MOFA specific to CoT Alliance
Deputy MOFA special for eRoC Problems

and I will also split MoFA Based on work areas, among others:

Deputy MoFA for Branch Region of the Oceania, Africa and the Middle East (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Turkey)

It is intended to foster friendship and our prestige among countries in eRepublik with Japan.

1. Culture

The celebration of cultural events is a must for the Japanese government. Therefore, it will be endeavored implemented a variety of cultural events, in order to increase activity in Japan. In practice, MoCH will invite political parties and group Based on culture in order to success the events held by MoCH.

2. History

This is an old project repeatedly delayed due to lack of participation. So instead, I will try to realize this program.

3. Education

eRepublik is constantly changing, but from the government rarely issued articles relating to the ins and outs of eRepublik. Therefore, through the MoE (not 萌え) will issue a manual article and knowledge about how to play efficiently in this eRepublik.

4. Newbie

I will continue to empower new players through Senpai / Kouhai Program. In addition I will also form a committee of Babyboom in eJapan. This is due to the lack of the Japanese population at this time. If you are a member of the anime forum who have known by many members there or have a certificate of JLPT N2 or N3 , please contact me.

5. Media

I will maximize the use of all means of communication used inside or outside eRepublik. Both in-game article, forum, IRC, and Other. I also will establish a Minister of Media that oversees of Deputy dealing with in-game article, Forums, and IRC

I will make some changes in the government if I later elected as President. I will make the departments that will be headed by ministers. So the ministers will no longer work alone, but there are permanent employees who are ready to assist state affairs. There will be placed two employees each department (except MoFA because of ambassador is also counted as an employee of Department of Foreign Affairs). So the form of government would be like this.

As we know, now Japan currently does not have the old Constitution because the Constitution is not in accordance with the development of Period. Discussion of a new constitution has been done on the forum, but no further news.

If I elected to become President, I will form a special team to redesign the state constitution so that the next administration can follow the guidelines and not arbitrary.

Reiji Mitsurugi (Wiki) is a person who has made a philosophy that has been used as a state ideology in eJapan. Its name is "Righteous Nation Philosophy". After the country is on the decline, defeat and many abuses of power, I see now is the ideal time to revive the Righteous Nation Philosophy. Hopefully With re-enactment of Righteous Nation Philosophy, our name will be remembered by the world as a defender of righteousness aka 正義 の 味方.

National Plan Committee

NPC or National Plan Committee is an independent committee composed of experts to formulate short-term plans should be done by the government within a period of 3 months.

Why do I raise this as a topic, because each turn of the president almost all of their plans differ and no fixed objective. Therefore, I will establish the NPC in order that there is a fixed purpose despite president is changed.

It will start if I am elected to the presidency, and continued every 3 months. So the development of the country and plans will be right on target, and the government can focus on advancing the state in accordance with what is recommended by NPC



That's my plan if I am elected as the next the president in November. Things above is not possible for me to accomplish without the help of you all, and unity of our people. So...........
