[Pichu Gaz.] I'm back! What happened?

Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Pichu Gazette!

Currently I'm going to try to return to the eRep scene (though I do have camp in a few days so I won't be able to fully come back until September and Late August... I will, however, commit myself to releasing more issues of the Pichu Gazette! At least weekly, hopefully once every two days!

Anyways, I'm wondering what changed in the last year and a half?

The Balkan countries, who were always strong, seem to have gone crazy and began to carve up all of the world officially. The Chinese bot net has even fallen to Albania. We've conquered parts of China, Pakistan and Canada, and everything seems to have gone wild.

I assume this came about due to a mix of poor diplomacy and player dropoff, but I'm wondering if there's some sort of story here.
Anyways, if you have anything you'd like the Gazette to report on, suggest away!
