Tax Proposals:
The NGP is putting the finishing touches on a complete tax overhaul regime which hopes to increase government revenues and update our tax model. We have held the same tax rates for a while now and its starting to feel outdated for our current needs. We hope to introduce the proposals for a healthy Congress discussion within the first week of the new Congress.

Norwegian Airforce Enhancement Program [N.A.P.E.]
Back in February we introduced a new program to enhance Norway's military capabilities. Its a program designed to give cash incentives for damage done in Sky Battles. Of course this is because the only way to increase your strength is by doing damage, so increased damage means the increased strength of our

Unfortunately at the time although it was discussed we just didn't know at the time what the requirements should be. After nearly exclusively fighting in Sky Battles since then I think Ive been able to think of much better targets and incentives which I believe are much better adjusted now. This we hope to have introduced within the 2nd week of the new Congress.
