The war against CODE has continued to develop in Asteria's favor as two major CODE nations are nearly wiped from the map while Asteria forces continue to restore and liberate our occupied allies. On all fronts, Asteria forces continue to push forward against crumbling CODE defenses! TURKISH FRONT

Following Bulgaria's successful attempts to secure a beachhead in Turkey on the Agean Coast, Bulgaria successfully broke through CODE defenses in Turkey to seize Eastern and Southern Anatalia. Turkish defenses continued to collapse in the face of massive and coordinated Asteria attacks which crippled Turkey's ability to successfully organize any resistance. Following the successful operations against Turkey's last remaining holdouts in Eastern Anatolia and the Caucasus, Asteria forces completed the successful conquest of Turkey and began to settle in for occupation as military garrisons.

The defeat and occupation of Turkey is a major success for Asteria. Not only was a major CODE military power completely wiped off the map, but the defeat of Turkey opened the path for Asteria forces to push into the Middle East to liberate Iran, an ally who, like Sweden, was largely occupied by CODE nations. EASTERN EUROPEAN FRONT

On the Eastern European front, Asteria forces enjoyed even further successes as major Asteria nations in the Balkans, namely Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria launched a blitzkrieg invasion of Greece, a major CODE nation providing support to Turkey in the form of Resistance Wars and attacks on Asteria forces occupying Turkey. With Asteria forces in the region seemingly bent on an invasion of Hungary and Russia, Greek forces were caught completely unawares by the Asteria invasion, resulting in a string of quick and decisive victories.

The invasion culminated in the defeat and conquest of Greece's final holdouts, resulting in yet another CODE nation falling to Asteria's military might. With the defeat and occupation of Greece, Turkish resistance fighters have lost a vital source of support, crippling Turkey's (and CODE's) ability to spark further resistance in Turkish territory now occupied by Asteria forces. MIDDLE EASTERN FRONT

With Turkey and Greece both wiped off the map and crushed, the way was open for Asteria to finally push into the ME and relieve a long-besieged ally there. Iran, who had been cut off from Asteria support by Turkey and Greece, was struggling to avoid being wiped off the map themselves as CODE forces closed in from all sides. However with the successful occupation of Turkey and Greece, Asteria forces finally were able to relieve some of the pressure on Iran, with Asteria forces quickly attacking and driving out CODE forces in the area occupying Iranian territories. As CODE forces are now being pushed south out of Iran it appears that, at least for now, Iran is safe. Now that Asteria is able to provide direct support to Iran, Iran has taken the offensive against CODE, sparking Resistance Wars in the remaining CODE-occupied Iranian territories while also aiding Asteria attacks on CODE forces in the region. Overall, the war continues in Asteria's favor! Two major CODE nations are now wiped off the map while Asteria has continued to liberate allies who were either besieged or fully-occupied by CODE forces. While the war is going well, we cannot begin to rest easy. The USA and Asteria needs every fighter possible in order to finally end the threat to world peace that is CODE! Fight for peace!
