[MoF] Q2 Food Company Upgrade Subsidy - BLACK FRIDAY

In order to assist eCanadian citizens who might be struggling with storage capacity due to FRM pilling up, our Congress has approved the following Q2 food company upgrade subsidy program. The program is meant to assist those unable to spend the daily 25 FRM to upgrade food companies during Black Friday (November 25th) discounts.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT upgrade any Q2 food companies now. You must only upgrade during Black Friday (November 25th) when Q1 to Q2 company upgrades should cost 14 gold each instead of the usual 20 gold.
In order to receive the subsidy please follow these steps:
1) Comment in this article indicating how many Q2 food companies you will upgrade. This program will fully subsidize up to a maximum 4 Q2 food company upgrades per citizen.
2) Take a first screenshot of the Q1 food companies you own before upgrade like so :
3) Take a second screenshot that includes the new Q2 food companies you own after the upgrade like so :
4) Send BOTH screenshots via PM to Napoleon54, Mann551 or Kippers.
5) Wait for subsidy. The government will refund the amount between 14 to 56 gold spent by the citizen by the CC equivalent via donation.

I mean, you technically can. You'll receive the same payment as everybody else, but you'd lose money since you're upgrading them on Black Friday.

I don't think so, for example to downgrade a Q2 to Q1 would return 10 gold, but even with the discount, it would be 14 gold to upgrade it back (loss of 4 gold). Normally, you would lose 10 gold.
