January Term!
Firstly I would like to thank BigAnt for his continued trust and belief in me for the Minister of Finance role. I am now going into my fourth month in this role so I feel I know exactly what I am doing by now!
I will start by recording the current savings we have just as a nice little record.
Invested in the MM: £1,836,316
In the Country Accounts: £337,947

Instead I shall be talking to you about a new offer the MoF will be implementing this term.
We seem to have finally figured out the MM. Just three days ago we managed to cash out 100% on three orgs. That used to mean big bucks, now sadly, it does not. With gold prices so close to the thresholds we make a little under £10 per gold that cashes out.
Due to this and the fact our reserves are not as large as they used to be means we are now going to be offering a limited number of orgs to be rented out to eUK MUs, Parties or the eUK public. This will come at a fee of £6000 a month.
I will advise that the average amount of cash we have managed to make this month is £8000 an org. However that is using a stake of £50,000 per org. If you put in more - if you can get it to work, the payout is bigger. Remember that this is an unreliable way to make cash, it is a gamble if you are only going to be using the org for the MM. I would say do not just use an Org to make cash.
You can however use the Newspaper and 1,000 storage.
While you can not donate to an Org you can still use it as a central bank for a party or MU. If you offer to sell WRM for a high price, for example £250, people can then buy WRM at that price and consider the cash as donated to your Org.
So the things you can do with the Org:
Cashing out on the MM
Using the Orgs Newspaper
Use the Org as a central bank for the MU/Party
Use the 1000 storage - You can then donate from this to others
Please remember, this is not guaranteed cash to be made. If you follow my method and if gold were to fluctuate at exactly the same levels as last month you would make £2000 (averaging our orgs this month). However do not count on it as making cash. Gold could drop and things would change. Gold could also rise too much for it to work - it could in fact lower to a level that would be more profitable than it is currently!

😉R - We are renting out orgs for £6000 - You can possibly make £8000 (gamble) but you can also use the newspaper, centralised bank and the 1000 storage. Try not to rent if you are just going to gamble on the MM.

Which orgs are available?
As someone who runs an up and coming MU and may actually rent an Org I think we deserve an explenation of what an Org is to begin with.
Organisation.
Kind of like a Citizen Account but with limited use. You cannot create them anymore, but some still exist and they are used by governments to transfer goods and whatnot.

Not to ruin the idea, but I wouldn't risk trying to cash in on the MM right now 😛 Gold is very close to dropping below the 0.03 mark which means if anything, you stand to lose money. 3-4,000 seems like a much more reasonable price.
The utility of orgs for parties/MUs is that you can put supplies on them for a group of people to give out, and all can have access without falling foul of the 'no access to more than one account' rule which only applies to citizens.
I'd only want it to play on the MM and at current prices (and the dropping price) its not worth it for me / far too much of a gamble

Gold price actually doesn't matter one bit. The only thing that matters is how close gold is to the higher end of it's current band. At the moment gold is very close to dropping in to the 00.4 - 00.5 band. When it does, it will not only be making more cash per gold than we currently are but the cash we gain will be worth relatively more due to the lower price of gold.
Gold completely tanking but staying at the top of a band is actually a good thing for the MM.

Of course any money in the org can be accessed at any time by the president, who can get the admin to reset the password. Worth remembering before you stick a million GBP in there via the MM.
Why is it that if this is one of our major sources of income, where looking to lend them out rather than utilise it more ?
Because we don't have enough money to use them all.
