Hem de recordar que estem en les fases preliminars d’una de les grans batalles de l’ehistòria, que nosaltres estem actuant en molts punts del mediterrani oriental, que estem preparats per la invasió per terra, que l’air strike sobre El Caire serà imminent i que molts preparatius s’han de fer aquí i en l’exterior. En aquesta crisi, espero que puguin perdonar-me si no m’explico molt al dirigir-me a tots vosaltres avui. Espero que qualsevol dels amics i col•legues, o antics col•legues, que estan preocupats per la reconstrucció política, entendran, plenament, la falta total de cerimònia amb la que ha estat necessari actuar. Jo us diria a tots vosaltres, com tots aquells que s’han incorporat recentment: “No tinc res més que oferir que sang, esforç, llàgrimes i suor”.

Perquè tenim la raó, i perquè tenim la força!

We will win because we have a modelic army with organitzation, with technical efficency, with discipline... and because is feed for ideals. Because there is a nation behind.
