Citizens of the Republic…

Just to let you all know, the government is not spending any CC on my work as MoC. It's all self-funded, and I am happy to keep it that way!

Your MoC is hard at work ~~(not really)~~, and here's another article for you pub crawling loonies!

In honor of the Dail elections coming up (in two days), we here at the MoC (ahem, moi) are holding a POLITICAL PARTY TRIVIA CONTEST!

We'll have a list of clues below describing a past/present political party here in eIreland, and you simply have to guess which party it is!

EACH clue is for a different party!

CLUES:

1) My favorite political party from eIreland' history... the party I originally joined more than 10 years ago! Mirek (rest in peace 🙁 ) ibhoy, Edana Savage, Castaneda, all famous members!

2) This party has had the same party president for eons. Their favorite color is probably red.

3)One of the oldest political parties in eIreland, this party was once #1, and one of its oldest members has recently left eIreland!

4) This party infamously trolled eIreland pretty hard once. Its origins were in the UK, ChewChewShoe was involved!

5) This party supported the "April Rising" and Slua's (real) dictatorship back in the day!

Whoever guesses the party from each clue first gets 2000CC

EVERY eIrish entrant gets 500 CC for trying 🙂

Eire Aonair - it's just my guess.

eHistory is not my strongest point but as I read some old articles for last few days, 1. clue is good association for my answer.
2. clue also fit to it I guess (whatever the answer is, respect to Flaco 🙂 ).

Number 3 is ILP

hmmm, it could be either the irish freedom party ( IFP ), or the independent labour party ( ILP ).

ofcourse Eire Aonair is a legendary party, but your clues hint towards a different party.
