well, you can do it quickly using the find tool of mozilla browser.
you select all the comments, and mozilla counts all the "hot", the "not" and the "not hot".
then you will have only to count how many of these words are in the article, in the nicks of the commentators or if they appear multiple time in the same comment, and subtract from the sums. You can do this easily by eye.
I took more time to write this comment than to do the count. 😛
