Some time ago a THOUGHT came in to my head with friendly visit.
Why? Why do we have only one type of ingame organizing structure?
Why ingame way for socialization is only through the cheerless politics?
Why administration makes useless changes that radically affect the game mechanics, rather than to do something little but useful for the players?
And so the idea is how one could make a small but nice addition.

I think a good addition to the game would be A CLAN SYSTEM.
Common name "clan" - taken as the first coming into the head. Many alternatives - a sect, guild, corporation, lodge, junta, club, community association and so on. Ideally - Organization, but this term is already taken.

What are the principles of the clan?
Clan created a player, for example, at least 20 levels fof gold (maybe - 40 gold).
This player automatically becomes the clan leader.
Clan menu opens looks like the menu of the party.
Membership is open to any player who has reached, say, level 15 (not much) and performing some specific conditions of the clan (from just nothing to "earn 1kkk strength and make 1kk gold donation").
Only a clan leader can take on new members.
Clan leader is not elective post - only he can transfer his powers to another player (yes, authoritarianism!).
The clan has no territorial or ethnic affiliation, has not affect on the game mechanics and politics.

More details - how it should look like.
Clan - a mix of parties and organizations. He has a cash account, can play on MM, own companies and publish a newspaper. You can also find all the members of the clan and see statistics on them (for example average level, strength, worker skill, etc.).
Also, the clan has a certain level.
Depends on the level of the maximum number of members (level 1st - 10, 2nd - 20, etc.), size of inventory (level 1st - 20 items, 2nd - 40, etc.), the amount allowable for proficiency companies, the number of deputies appointed by the head (which he may delegate some of its powers, such as management companies, treasury and inventory, shouting, newspaper, etc.) and of course FOI (Feeling of Own Importance) of members (Level 1st - 90, 2nd 900, 3rd - Over 9000).
To increase the level clan needs gold (like a company).
As an option for the clan treasury money - automatic cancellation of a certain percentage of salary.

Then why is it needed?
Socialization for players who do not like politics, the party, elections, immigration restrictions, and so on.
Association of citizens of various nationalities, but with common interests.
Most important thing - for the army.
To enter into a contract with the clan is not the same, if you contact with some “spherical irregular army in vacuum”.
A potential employer can immediately see a list of fighters, their strength, work skills (if he need some responsible workers). Up to hire the clan as a PTO-aPTO squad with the issue of citizenship.

What benefits will the administration have?
Naturally an additional outflow of Gold in their spherical vacuum coffers.
Additional way to retain players.
Additional FUN of players.
And all this with minimal changes in game mechanics and balance.
