Hello dear Cuban friends and allies!

This article will be first part of my candidature and I will try to show my plan to all Cuban people and allies what I want to do. Alternativa Cubana declared to support me with majority in party and we will try to help Cuba on all fields of diplomacy and millitary fields.

My candidature will be in two parts. First part is this, my plan and programe. Second part will be composition of my govornement.



Who is Car Stefan Dusan Silni?

Car Stefan is my last updated name in erepublik. I have 4 names in my eLife. First name what I was used in eRepublik is RepublikaSrpskaKrajina12. I was changed it after 3 months to Dragoljub Mihajlovic 1941. After more than one or two years, after more of reports because Dragoljub Mihajlovic 1941 is leader of Serbian leberty army in World War II and admins change it to unavailable 67565. Before 6 months I decided to change name to Car StefanDusan Silni. I was been most popular with last three names but I have good stories and popular stories about all names. I maked big achievments and succes in my eLife. I'm founder of the biggest party in eWorld now - Srpski Narodni Front. I were been Minister of Education of Serbs few times and one time guvernor of eSerbia. I am one of the most activer and most millitant people who want to help to make our society more active.

What Car Stefan will do as Country President?

First thing what I will try and I will work is thing to try reactivate more Cuban people and reform some things on Cuba. Reactivate plan have few things to make in next time. First thing is done - Discord channel of Cuba which is maked in January 2017. by my initiative. Things what will be maked is Cuban chess national team and Cuban chess national league for all Cuban people to earn extra money and get more active. I will try to make organised impacts here to help Cuban millitary defence/offense and improve activity of Cuban people and allies. More things will be known later in my mandate.


What will be new on Cuba?

Beside chess tournaments and national team news will be by official border police in Ministry of Inner Affairs of Cuba who will have their official newspapers. About ministries I will speak later. Border police will see people who arriving and try to find they "black" side and help us to find PTOers or deceivers who want our citizenship to decline it. New ministries will be: Ministry of Inner Affairs of Cuba with jobs in Border police and police to make black list of deceivers and robbers. Second ministry will be Ministry of Informing, but this ministry will be part of Ministry of Education and title of MOE will be given to Minister of Informing. Ministry of eSport will be for chess to help new players to join Cuban programe for chess national team and league. This ministry will try to make national matches with e.g. Serbia, Great Brittain, Croatia etc. We will try to help all people who shooting for Cuba in air and ground battles to get e.g. food and weps from country. We will start programme for Cuban people who want to learn english, serbian or spanish. We will have teachers who will practice primary words of these languages and most useful words in erep and real life.


What will be changed on Cuba?

I dont want to change to many things here. Cuba was improved last time very good and we need only to work more and much heavier to earn and achieve our targets.

Cuban foreign affairs?

Cuba will continue to be part of Orion and help her allies and get help from Orion. I will try to make better relations with our friends and allies. Training War in Estonia will be continued because we dont have any active war beside war i Estonia. We will try to find target for serious Airstrike or attack to get extra regions and better bonuses. We will try to make Cuba better for investing from World to our economy and companies. Before few months I succes to invite one guy who invested in Cuba to help us. Now we can make better terms for all who want to help us.We will try to find people who will shoot for Cuba in or outside Cuba to help us to have better army.

Este artículo será la primera parte de mi candidatura y trataré de mostrar mi plan de lo que quiero hacer a todos los cubanos y aliados. Alternativa Cubana declaró que me apoyaría con la mayoría en el partido y trataremos de ayudar a Cuba en todos los campos, tanto en la diplomacia como en lo militar.
Mi candidatura tendrá dos partes la primera parte es esta, mi plan y programa. La segunda parte será la composición de mi equipo de gobierno.



¿Quien es Car Stefan Dusan Silni?
Car Stefan es mi último nombre actualizado en erepublik. Tuve 4 nombres en mi eVida. Mi primer nombre que usé en eRepublik fue RepublikaSrpskaKrajina12. Me lo cambié después de 3 meses a Dragoljub Mihajlovic 1941. Después de más de uno o dos años, después de muchos reportes porque Dragoljub Mihajlovic 1941 fue el líder del ejército de la libertad serbio en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, los administradores lo cambiaron aunavailable 67565. Hace 6 meses decidí cambiar de nombre a Car StefanDusan Silni. He sido más popular con los tres últimos nombres, pero tengo buenas historias e historias famosas con todos los nombres. ¿Que hará Car Stefan como Presidente del País?
Lo primero que intentaré y voy a trabajar en ello, será para reactivar a más cubanos y reformar algunas cosas en Cuba. El plan para reactivar tendrá algunas cosas que se tienen que hacer aún. Lo primero ya se hizo - Canal de Discord de Cuba, el cual ya se hizo en enero de 2017. por mi iniciativa. Las cosas que se harán será la selección nacional de ajedrez cubano y la liga nacional de ajedrez cubano para que todo el pueblo cubano gane dinero extra y se vuelva más activo. Trataré de hacer pegadas organizadas para ayudar en la defensa/ataque del poder militar de Cuba y mejorar la actividad de los cubanos y sus aliados. Más cosas serán desveladas más adelante durante mi mandato. Comenzaremos un programa para la gente de Cuba que quiera aprender Inglés, Serbio o Español. Tendremos profesores con los que practicar palabras básicas de estos idiomas y las palabras más útiles en eRepublik y en la VR.


¿Que cambiará en Cuba?

No deseo hacer grandes cambios. Cuba ha mejorado muchísimo en muy poco tiempo y tan solo necesitamos trabajar más y más duramente para lograr y alcanzar nuestros objetivos

¿Asuntos Exteriores de Cuba?


Cuba seguirá siendo parte de Orion y ayudará a sus aliados, y tendrá ayuda de Orión. Intentaré hacer mejores relaciones con nuestros amigos y aliados. La Guerra de Entrenamiento con Estonia seguirá activa, debido a que nosotros no tenemos guerras activas a parte de la que tenemos con Estonia. Intentaremos encontrar algún objetivo para realizar un ataque aéreo serio o atacar para conseguir regiones extras y mejores bonus. Intentaremos hacer de Cuba un mejor lugar para invertir nuestras empresas y economías dentro del mundo. Tras varios meses yo he logrado convencer a un tipo para que invirtiera en Cuba y nos ayudara. Ahora podemos hacer mejores términos para todos los que quieran ayudarnos. Intentaremos encontrar gente que luche por Cuba de Cuba o fuera del país, para ayudarnos a tener un mejor ejército

Oвај чланак ће бити први део моје кандидатуре за председника еКубе и ја ћу покушати да Вам што боље прикажем мој план, како Вама тако и целокупном кубанском становништву и савезницима шта ја заправо желим да урадим за Кубу и њен народ. Alternativa Cubana је одлучила једногласно да ме подржи за председника еКубе и ми ћемо покушати да помогнемо Куби на свим пољима, дипломатском и војном пољу.

Моја кандидатура биће из два дела. Први део управо читате, мој план и програм. Други део ће бити састав моје владе.



Ко је цар Стефан Душан Силни?

Цар Стефан је моје последње име у ерепублику. Имао сам 4 имена у мом еЖивоту. Прво име које сам користио у еРепублику је било RepublikaSrpskaKrajina12. Променио сам га после 3 месеца играња у Dragoljub Mihajlovic 1941. После више од годину, можда чак и две, после многих пријава админима због мог имена које је носио српски херој и ослободилац у другом светском рату админи су одлучили да га склоне и поставе мој трећи ник, Unavailable 67565. Пре шест месеци успешно сам платио и променио у име које и сада носим, Car StefanDusan Silni. Ја сам највише био познат са последња три имена али сам имао добре приче и популарне приче везане за сва имена. Шта ће Цар Стефан урадити као председник Кубе?

Прво што ћу урадити као председник Кубе јесте да покушам да реактивирам наше друштво и да реформишем пар ствари на Куби. План реактивације има пар ствари да се ураде у будућем времену. Први посао је завршен, дискорд канал Кубе који сам направио у јануару 2017. Године мојом иницијативом. Ствари које желим у скорије време да направим јесу шаховска репрезентација Кубе и шаховска лига Кубе за све Кубанце који желе да се забаве, активирају и зараде екстра профит. Покушаћу да направим организоване ударе за савез и Куу на дискорд каналу у нападима/одбранама Кубе како би смо добили више штете и повећали активност Кубе и њених савезника. Више ствари биће познате услучају мог мандата идући месец.

Шта ће бити ново на Куби?

Поред шаховских турнира и националног тима, новости ће бити званична гранична полиција у оквиру Министарства Унутрашњих Послова Кубе које ће имати своје званичне новине. О министарствима ћу причати мало касније у току чланка. Гранична полиција ће проверавати људе који долазе и покушавају да уђу на Кубу, а задатак полиције ће бити да пронађе њихову "црну" страну да избегнемо потенцијалне преваранте, лопове или ПТОере. Нова министарства ће бити: Министарство унутрашњих Послова све са граничном полицијом и полицијом која ће правити црне листе за преваранте. Друго министарство ће бити министарство Информисања, које ће бити у оквиру Министарства Образовања Кубанаца. Министарство еСпорта ће бити везано за шах и покушаваће да дочара шах и уведе нове играче у шаховске лиге уколико су за то заинтересовани те да организује шаховске турнире, договара репрезентативне дуеле са нпр. Стартоваћемо програм за кубански народ ко жели да учи енглески, српски или шпански. Ми ћемо имати учитеље који ће учити заинтересоване људе да науче изабрани језик са основама које се користе у ерепублику а и у реалном животу.

Шта ће бити промењено на Куби?

Не желим да мењам много ствари. Куба је напредовала у последње време и наш циљ ће бити да радимо да тај посао наставимо да радимо како треба и да досегнемо наше циљеве.

Кубански инострани послови?

Куба ће наставити да буде део Ориона и наставиће да помаже њеним савезницима из Ориона. Покушаћу да направим боље односе са нашим савезницима и пријатељима. Тренинг рат у Естонији ће бити настављен јер ми тренутно немамо активних ратова у којима можемо да ударамо сем Естоније. Ми ћемо покушати да пронађемо мету за озбиљан ваздушни напад или напад на неку државу из које можемо добити додатне регије и бонусе. На конто тога покушаћемо да доведемо људе да улажу у кубанску економију и привреду. Пре пар месеци сам успешно довео инвеститора који је отворио нова радна места на Куби. Сада, можемо направити боље услове за све који желе или планирају да инвестирају у Кубу и да нам помогне. Такође пробаћемо да нађемо људе да ударају за Кубу на оба борбена поља, што у Куби што ван Кубе. овиме ћемо успешно појачати нашу војску са циљем да Кубу проширимо на више територија.
