Q5 Hospitals are located in California, Florida, and Karnataka
I highly advise Karnataka as there is a chance that a Defensive Action may be needed there.

The battle in Shandong is intended to be a firewall. If you really must fight in this war, it is advised to fight red, for the moment. The IDF however advises you to refrain from investing any resource at your disposal at this moment as this conflict will last much longer and have more battles of high importance.

**Update** If you MUST fight with the USA, divert your attention towards this conflict: Xinjiang. This is a purely defensive conflict whereas we are protecting China from Russia. This conflict however only runs for a couple of more hours. Use at your own discretion. As aforementioned, more pressing conflicts will arise. **Update**

Fight Smart:
Note: It's important that all troops attempt to rank up as quickly as possible, the higher rank you are, the more damage you do. So use the highest weapons where possible, as these boost your damage, and increase the speed you rank up! Remember the Hospital only recovers wellness lost in Battles.

Yeah, Karnataka is best because they need as many citizens there as possible to build up a masive wall to prevent RW attempts.

The US started an RW themselves in Shandong. They want it to be successful(ie they are fighting Red there themselves). That would make the above battle irrelevant as the region will go back to it's original owner(China) regardless of what happens in the battle vs Serbia.
