[CP] Short Update

Dear Éire,

It’s been a while since I last wrote, there’s been loads of things going on. We’ve had another Presidential election in which you decided to elect me as a President once again. I’m very thankful for your trust and proud to be able to run this great nation once again. One of the first things I’d like to mention is the teamwork this Government has shown during the last couple of months. We’re all very active, articles are once again being published often and the entire nation is informed about what’s going on.

WHAT WE’VE BEEN DOING LATELY

When I mentioned teamwork before I really meant it. We’ve never had so many active, quality and constructive people that are discussing and making decisions. I believe we have more active people than many bigger countries and the results of this are pretty clear. At the beginning of this term Alfa UKSF has left his position of Minister of Defence for personal & valid reasons so I’d like to thank him for doing a marvelous job at the position. He’s still around helping this whole thing, just not as a Minister anymore, for now at least. Alfa is the type of a player that any country would be overjoyed to have and I’m sure he’s yet to give his best for eIreland.

Alfa’s replacement is Fenoglioteam, a Basque friend who already started with a great work. We’ve organized national strikes for the current Valentine’s day event and did some nasty stuff together. Speaking of Valentine’s event, if anyone still hasn't received its gifts feel free to say how many more you can still accept and it will be delivered as soon as someone sees it.

We have more additions coming over, more quality people joining eIreland. We’re on our way to become a real force and we’ll keep doing everything in our power to ensure this period of growth and prosperity continues. Our main long term goal remains the same, we’re going to keep farming, stocking and building up for the next events on which we’ll take the fruits of our hard work. If there are any citizens of eWorld interested to join the greatest country in the game, feel free to drop a message or comment in the section below. We’re really happy to see anyone coming over to our great Republic. One thing I can promise to you is that you will never leave us.

We’ve expanded our TW list with Portugal (temporary stopped) and we’ll keep looking for the new TW partners. Our TW’s keep going as planned, we’re winning defensive battles and losing the offensive ones.

Irish Air Corps

Few days ago Nerusia proposed the new budgets for the Republic. We’re going to launch several useful things that should serve as community projects. The main thing we’re still working on is the Air Corps program which is currently in its final stage. We’re still looking for some active and experienced players to take care of this. It’s hard to replace aimeisan at this position. Our Air project is going to be very similar to the Dutch one (LINK). We’re going to reward rank ups and in some cases kills too. Air Project is yet to be introduced, but the aviators will be divided into three groups: basics, advanced & elite. Each group will have some requirements and different reward levels. Obviously, the Elite group of Air Corps will be given most of the budget. They’ll be rewarded 3cc per each kill done in air over the week. Becoming an Elite Aviator of Irish Air Corps will have strong requirements and will be fairly exclusive. We’ll present the Project during the next few days.

Air Strike Payouts

Joining Telegram and applying for Irish Air Corps will make you eligible for Air Strike payouts project. We’re going the organize Sunday coordinated strikes for our aviators and reward the kills made during the national strikes. Every kill during these strikes will earn citizens 5cc. The 150,000cc funding will cover 30,000 kills. This allows us also the flexibility to call for greater coordinated strikes during the rest of the week in more crucial battles.

5000cc Housing

In order to help with the cost of the houses our Department of Finances is starting another project. We’re going to co-fund the houses for the citizens. Houses will cost only 5000cc. There will be one house per citizen allowed and in order to claim their refund they must claim via liasing with the Minister Nerusia. He’ll be posting and reminding ya all over the country feed.

Pack subsidies

In support of those who assist our national strengthening effort, we will use the 150,000cc to help out our hitters in d1 and d3 with 75,000cc each on a monthly basis. Hitters are crucial part of our long term goal which is creating the Irish legends. The only way to do it is if the legends are hitting and farming lots of battles and that can’t be done without the hitters. We’re lucky enough to have real players that are also low division hitters too.
