Recruitment rates have fallen drastically in the UK paras and reserves, and I mean drastically. We desperately need troops, and I'm not going to lie and I don't care if foreign 'spies' read this, because for a country of our size we don't half punch below our weight. Sure the troops we do have our really well trained, equipped and strong but there just isn't enough of them.
So if you want to apply for the reserves, who stay at home and protect the UK, or for the paras, who travel and fight abroad protecting democracy and our allies, please do. For the reserves message Paddyohale. For the paras message Big Boy Bulley. Please be aware that reserves have to have a strength of 3 to join and paras need 4.

This country's intelligence services have long been dead. With the last director going inactive for a large period and personnel being banned or just going inactive we are at a disadvantage straight away on the international scene regarding everything from trade deals, to political takeovers to military actions.
So as Minister of Defence I have decided to get this up and started again. I am looking for a new head of MI6 as well as bog standard operatives to go deep behind enemy lines and infiltrate foreign and hostile governments. To apply for director message my account, widdows9000, on the UK forum as it is vital you're active on there.
But if you want to like Bond and if you speak foreign languages, want to serve your country and spice up your erep life then just message me on here. DO NOT POST ON HERE SAYING I WANT TO BE A SPY. You can discuss things on here but not let on you want to join or can speak foreign languages etc.

a very important fact you mention here. our defensive and intelligence capability is deteriorating. im really surprised that the commies found that out by themselves. we really need stronger forces. and i would like veery much to join our Armed forces, but since im still very young im not yet good enough, but i will train every day for that goal.

I took the Queen\'s shilling (or £100 rather) some time ago but haven\'t received any orders yet.

Well, I\'m new so I guess it won\'t do any harm saying that I haven\'t received any formal training yet: all I have is lessons learnt from my mistakes when I went it alone on that Crusade against Turkey.
Training Exercises should be done on response time. They used to be and it was all in good fun.
William there\'s nothing to train you in. Everyone knows how to join a battle and if there is anything specific to do orders wise then you will be told how to execute those orders.
FD, to be honest training exercises are a bit pointless, they are intended to keep people on their toes but it doesn\'t. People won\'t log in more on the off chance they have a task to do.
Well, when we get recruits I\'d like to think we\'d at least tell them how to use a hospital: I managed to muck that up my first time.
Often people are told how to use a hospital when they receive their orders. That\'s how I do it. Your platoon leader should contact you soon after you join to get your inventory and get to know you at the same time, but when issuing orders I always explain all the technical details even if I think it\'s something that my platoon could work out for themselves.
I don\'t even know who my platoon commander is.
I\'ll be joining the reserves when I reach 3 strength. 6 days to go.

Message paddyohale to join the reserves but you need 3 strength and then to join the paras you need to message big boy bulley but you need 4 strength.

i wanted to join up in the belgian platoon, i even mailed paddyohale, never got answer, and creveroeland told me (they told him) you needed a strengh of 4, while i was over 3
atm i\'m mayor of antwerp so cant join up, but i\'ll prolly do after the next elections, by then i have over 4skill and want to try the paras
