Tanking is temporary, strength through greater population is more stable.

There is no strength through greater population, check the elction results of today, though the numbers are gone.

Bulgaria has 2900 votes and 2700 fighters, Macedonia has 2400 votes and 3100 fighters. Strength is in the bots. Same for Serbia, 5500 votes and 7800 fighters, Poland 4200 votes, 6000 fighters, Turkey 2400 votes, 3000 fighters. Only Hungary has a normal spread there.

Bots though are not sustainable, admins decide weather you have them or not.

You're supposing that clones do not vote. In reality, for many of them, their ability to vote supersedes their ability to bring gold to their master.

Well the voting ones on both sides are not seen, however there is non voting ones that are obvious on ONE side. I'm just pointing out an obvious difference that is not explained by statistical error.

The easy explanation is that because of the bonuses which these countries possessed for a long time, they have attracted their share of foreign bots as well. Still they're working and fighting more likely then not for those countries and they're making 10-15% of the daily damage of ONE. This is the ones that are visible, the invisible ones are invisible for both alliances and we can assume they cancel each other, though if we follow the logic of the resources, likely they're concentrated the same way in ONE countries as well.

This is nothing new, it's been like this for a long time now.
