War Games "to be or not to be"

As all of my readers should know the eU.S and eIreland as well as some other eCountrys have been parpaticpating in war games. Thease games as you know are set up by national Goverments to train active troops. Now war games are all fine and dandy but they do not help gain needed resources or ground that is why some are calling for the eU.S to go into real war and help out our allies in ATLANTIS to fight PEACE. But others call for the contuined eU.S nutralty, then still some call for the eU.S to form it's own allince to rival PEACE and ATLANTIS. The fact is with elections for congress in just 12 days no member of congress would want to prepose a bill that would not get them re-elected, altho some will not seek re-election the choise will affect all of us in the citizens of the eRepublik.
