First off, I would like to send a congratulations towards DoctorDry for his victory of ANP Party President. I wish him all the best of luck.
This brings me to my next point of order. For many months, Australia was PTO'd by the Multinesians. Month after month we fought hard to break the PTO, but our efforts seemed tedious. Then, through our continued efforts and hard work, we broke the PTO, Australia was free once more. All was great, besides one thing, the Australian National Party had been PTO'd. It was a sad time for the ANP, but we came back the next month and won our party back, with a vote tally of 37 votes for Corey Blake, 0 (Zero) for the Multinesian.
Anyways, the point of my story is this, ever since we got our country back, the in-fighting, especially coming from the AMP and mostly directed at the ANP, has become ridiculous. The fighting is so bad, that Larni, Frymonmon, and other members of non-ANP parties came to vote in the ANP. Now you may be asking, "How is that in-fighting, maybe they are just supporting a fellow Australian?" I would agree with that, but this is Discrate1 we are talking about, a person who was banned from eRepublik for multi accounting, banned from the forums because of multi accounting and print screening The Damned's area of the forums. Also, Larni has HATED the ANP ever since she joined eRepublik, and i don't use hated lightly here. She has always been at the fore-front of the AMP-ANP battles, so why would she have the need to support someone running for ANP Party President? Unless, there is a greater purpose, like, say a Party President that can tarnish the party and its name.
So my conclusion to this rant is simply this, is PTOing ok as long as outsiders aren't doing it? Are we a people that can't even treat competition fairly? The ANP will not participate in any attempt to fire back up any AMP vs. ANP battles. We will be the mature party we are and let the people see some of the "trusted" and "respected" for what they truly are, immature and power hungry.

mmmm before you begin accusing an entire party of something, some sort of proof should be offered. Larni isn't a member of the AMP and doesn't even have forum access. It other individuals wish to move around to vote for someone, well it is a democratic process.

So, Wally, what you are saying is, that it would be ok for ANP people to join the AMP to vote for a candidate, and then return to the ANP?

I didn't say that. I'm just asking where is your proof. Larni isn't in the AMP and Fry said he was in the ANP at the time docter Dry PM'ed him and asked Fry to vote for him.
And I already foresee people coming in to PTO the AMP next month. The difference is that Docter Dry is a long term member of the ANP and not an outsider.

Umm excuse me? I have never been banned from erepublik for multis and i have never been banned from the forums for multing. I would appreciate you not saying such false information.
What's done is done Corey, if the AMP actually did send voters, who cares? It's be done before in other elections, plus they won't really achieve anything of value. If they think i will somehow stuff the party up, they will be surely mistaken.

How exactly has the ANP been PTOed? I am a long time, legitimate ANPer who legitimately ran for election within the party. It would be different if i was say a member of the AMP and i came across and ran for election and then won.

I voted for DocterDry, as he is a longstanding and respected ANP member and a good friend. For another ANP member to call this a PTO is ridiculous. AMP hardly has any active members even, I'm sure 99.9% of Discrate's votes were by fellow ANPers, who believe he can turn the party around and make it great again.
This is very hypocritical of ANP. I know in the past before the eIndos came over, ANP helped and encouraged several PTO's of other lesser parties, mostly without success but that's not the point. I remember ANP giving Whitelaughter their blessing on their forum to PTO the National Pirate Party last year...

Infact (as I keep pointing out) its been 3 months now since I played any political games. Nice to see I made such and impression that I am suspected of everything now.
Did I vote for Discrate? Yes, when it was 25 votes each. Did I organize or have anything to do with 'arranging votes' the answer simply is no.

While I have no idea about the AMP numbers I do agree that the majority of the votes for Discrate were from ANP members.
Its strange how infin pulled in outside votes but nobody is saying a thing.

I've spoken to several people about this "PTO". In my opinion, someone like infin, who is strongly opinionated and partisan (as am I), is going to collect political enemies along the way. If they should individually or collectively want a little "payback", its just human nature. Its always been that way and always will be that way.
I know a lot of people didn't vote for me for PM because of personal issues. I accept that and can deal with it. All politicians need to do so. Corey and infin need to do so.
If AMP members feel especially enraged at infin for his consistent anti-AMP comments, its infin's problem. Its also obvious, because the AMP have so few active members these days, that it was more than some alleged AMP conspiracy that voted in Docter Dry.

Infin and Corey Blake gave into the AMPs little scheme willingly. They knew very well what the plan was, yet played into it like idiot puppets. Let's be 100% clear. ANP did not do anything to anyone. We were quite looking forward to a good old fashioned internal PP election. We haven't had one in a long time given the PTO, instead the same old AMP hacks had to interfere. Discrate1 well he acted in his typical unstable manner - that is just a casualty of the AMPs selfish actions. No one asked him to resign.

Larni you must be extremely dim, SC posted links of PMs by Bowen instructing members of the AMP to vote for discrate. When I enquired about if he was doing such a thing he flat out lied.
So did our honourable PM when I raised it with him on IRC, of course he may not have recieve a party wide PM from Bowen.
