Ultimatum to eRepublik staff

Day 3,685, 08:12 Published in USA Spain by Rosa Violet Carson
this is serious business!

Dear eRepublik Labs, eRepublik administrators & game-moderators & all citizens of the New World,

some of us still remember the e-cititzen Modu Shanyu. He was the author of the so-called Ataturk Ultimatum. Here's how it looked like:

And it brought the author the desired result: in the future, all players who would use vulgarities & insults against the "father" of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, would be banned without other warning! It was a just ruling, that has stopped trolls from using these kind of insults pointed at our fellow members of the eTurkish community.

I myself am not a big fan of ultimatums; I'd rather resolve my issues through sincere communication & debates, where arguments are the tools being used. But sometimes this doesn't get any results. Therefor I have decided, after trying out all other options, to formulate this ultimatum, you are about to read.

Here's the background of this story, so you can "draw yourself a picture" & understand what it's all about.

In the recent past, sadly, I've discovered openly racist & Nazi-fascist content in this great game, that we all play. I thought this were rare occurrences, coming from people who don't really think what they share in their comments, shouts & our game-feeds. I thought that these kind of statements can be dealt with using the ticketing-system; moderators would take a look & erase them, in order to keep this game free form such content. Oh boy was I wrong! Because the moderators were not reacting, these people felt empowered to escalate their misanthropic language to the point of openly glorify criminals & mass-murderers in their comments. Here's one of them, just to illustrate this case:

I've submitted a ticket, but nothing was happening, the comment was not being taken down. So I've started to call these people out through comments in newspaper-articles & replies. What happened was shocking: a few days ago, in one hour of time I was "rewarded" with 3 forfeit points (FP). I couldn't believe my eyes! Immediately, I've submitted tickets to the admins/moderators. I thought they will correct this error & will do something about that matter, stop people from posting such content. Oh boy, I was wrong again! So I have petitioned the eRepublik stuff again & again - nothing was being done, nothing was happening.
Here's how the "view-my-tickets" page looks like now (and you see only the last date of reply, not when they were opened!), while I'm writing this article:

I can understand that the eRepublik staff has much work to do, that I'm not the only one, who petitions them with tickets. But here I have a feeling that nothing will be done.

Because of all, that was mentioned above, I am giving you this

U L T I M A T U M

I am demanding from eRepublik staff to immediately delete all references, posts, comments, shouts that glorify, justify or belittle the crimes of Nazi-fascism or make revisionist claims about the horrors of holocaust!
Furthermore, I demand that players, who violate this rule, be immediately banned, without other warnings or prior notice!
This shall also apply when it is evident that players use hyperlinks to internet-sites, forums or social-network channels, who are hosting such content.

If eRepublik Labs & the eRepublik staff won't implement this ruling, I will petition my representative in the German Parliament (Bundestag) as well as the Anti-Defamation League organization, to block the eRepublik website in Germany, as well as in any other country, worldwide! I will also consult with my lawyer if a civil case can be brought against eRepublik Labs or the owners of the game, Stillfront Group, in case infringement & breach of this ruling will continue to happen.

Choice is yours!

Yours truly
~Rosa
