Truth is Back! (Writing Contest 2)

To all my readers who know they are beautiful and those who don't, my deepest apologies for my long absence. Many things have been delaying me in RL and I'm glad to be back with you in the new world, furthering the cause of our country and our world.

I have three things to talk about, one is the latest of my writing contests, the second is my new position in the President's Cabinet, and the third is my mayoral duties and activities. So let's get started, shall we?

First, I would like to announce the beginning of my latest and 2nd writing contest. You must write a story or poem that tells about an event that did or could have happened in the new world. Several people have PMed with their writings, but I would like them to enter the same way as everyone else. Please enter by commenting on this article and in a subsequent article people will be given a chance to vote on your writings. The person with the most votes will win one prize, and the person who's writing is my favorite will get the other. Both prizes will be 250USD. This money came from the Federal Government when Archibald was President, as well as numerous private donors including myself.

Secondly, I am proud and excited to announce I have been appointed to the current President's Cabinet as the Cultural Life Director. I have a lot of ideas for this position, many of which came from you my humble readers. If anyone has any suggestions please send them to me, I want to hear from you what I can do to improve your media, cultural life and writing experiences in this new world of ours.

Thirdly, as you know I am the mayor of Columbus. Due in large part to the efforts of those before me I have been able to build a Hospital in our fair city. I would like to implement some other programs to benefit our citizens and further the interests of the people, but because of RL I was delayed in doing so. Because of this I may be running for a second term to give myself time to work with all of you in improving our city. If anyone has any suggestions or thinks I should or shouldn't run let me know.

I look forward to serving all of you as Cultural Life Director and head of Truth. I'm so happy that we are now up to 27 subscribers and would love to see that increase. Don't forget, comment on this article to enter the writing contest.
