This is a Eulogy

My fellow American citizens,

I happen to be in a unique position as one of the very few people to see many of the insides of American politics. I currently serve as a member of the Harrison Richardson administration as a cabinet member and Presidential advisor. I am also currently serving out the rest of this month as interim Speaker of the House again, as my replacement had to resign. Finally, I serve as Vice-President of the Conservative Party. These positions afford me the ability to see some of the inner-workings of Congress, the White House, and political parties.

What I have seen these last three days has filled me with hope and pride. A week ago, I would have told you that party politics would never be seriously discounted in Congress. I was wrong. The eUSA Congress has united behind the singular goal of preserving our nation and our allies from the enchroachement of the eRepublik imperialists in Hungary and Indonesia, and their puppet governments in other nations. Congress stands united in opposition to the lies espoused by these hack-kneed, cross-eyed, buck-toothed losers who think that the eUSA will fall to the unassailable might of their cheats and hacks.

But we will NOT! Our military and President have worked tirelessly to prepare for this war. We have done things we wish we did not have to do, so as to make the nation ready. Even as I type this, the brave men and women of the eUS Armed Forces are fighting tooth-and-nail against the PEACE onslaught to preserve freedom and national self-determination in the New World. Our allies have rallied to the banner of liberty and justice for all, and we will fight the aggressors as long as eRepublik shall live.

So while things may look bleak for now, as we empathize with our Canadian brothers-in-arms over the injustice done them in Nova Scotia, remember this, eMericans:

One day the eUSA will push back this assault on our sovereignty and our nation. We will throw off the yoke of PEACE and rise up as the angered giant. We will carry the banner of righteousness and justice the doors of the enemy and make him fear the sword as we have.

The eUSA will not fall or falter before this attack by worthless thugs. We will rise triumphant on the field of battle and the very eWorld will shake with our wrath. Before war games, the government went to war to give us some fun and provide some diversions. Until this day, we have never fought for our survival, merely for the lulz.

PEACE has been careless and foolish. They attacked us. We now have an open war with Russia backed by 15 of our closet allies. Russia will undoubtedly rue the day they made this mistake. It will not be today, nor tomorrow, but nothing now stands between Moscow and our marines. We warned Russia that attacking the eUS would not be wise. They have failed to heed that warning. Too bad, I always liked the Russians.

Wondering why I titled this article as a eulogy? Simple. This war spells the end of PEACE. Before today, we were content to sit at home and let them play their games, only hitting them occasionally where we wanted to. But now, we have been forced into action. Eventually, they will falter and the tide will turn. On that day, the eUSA will hunt them mercilessly. Hungary, Indonesia, Russia, and France can no longer play the 'we are the victims' speech because it isn't true.

The victims don't attack an enemy to eradicate them. If they were the victims, it would mean an uphill battle for them. But we are fighting against the greater odds.

Heed my words, this day shall be remember in the future as the death knoll for our enemies. As the old saying goes, lions are at their fiercest when they approach the grave. PEACE has grown exceptionally fierce these last few days; or at least, some of it has. Not all of PEACE cow-tows to the whims of Indonesia.

We have looked into the face of evil, and we spat into it's eye.

We will fight them on the beaches. We will fight them in the streets. We will give the enemy no rest and no quarter. We will come for you someday, and drag you kicking and screaming into the abyss. You have been warned. You have been notified. You will fear the coming of the light, as the shadows fear the sun.
