The Tide of War / EZC Rocks

Day 1,679, 19:13 Published in USA USA by RockFan

To preface this article, I would like to state that this is my humble opinion and should be taken as the opinion of a single person, directed at no one in particular.

I was there as we watched Aquitaine crumble before our very eyes. Our troops were scattered, and disorganized, maybe. All I could see was the capital fall as the Polish flag flew high above.

There was no room to hope for a counterattack. As our retreat was made clear before the advancing enemy lines, all I could tell was that our heavy hitters were out of sight. Perhaps they had already done what they could do. Maybe all our efforts were vain compared to the might of the enemy. Perhaps our tanks had chosen as I had, to avoid unleashing their full power in this losing fight. After all, we hadn't organized our bazookas and candy bars.

Let's not lose hope for Aquitaine or our country in the midst of this sudden war. As it is inferred above, even I knew it was a losing battle and abstained from using my small supply of bazookas. The Polish have shown that their forces can blitzkrieg and that they know how to organize. However, we can do those things, too. It's not the end of the world if we lose a few regions and/or our bonuses. We've been practically wiped so many times, even in my history as a player. That's just the Tide of War. Still, eAmerica has pushed through and remained strong. Let's show them that we can pull together and organize just as well, if not better.

On another note, the loss of our 100%'s has been an issue for businessmen and MUs alike. This is no reason for us to give up, but we have had some consequences to deal with. Even with reduced output of workers in communes, EZC has continued its regular supply lines (Amazing, Btw) and has not cut back anywhere. Changes will have to be made, of course, to deal with the Divisional System, but that's another article.

EZC FTW !!!
