Greetings, PA citizens! It's time for an update on Congress!

First off, Congress accomplished two major tasks in the last few days. First was creating the Congressional Budget Office as a repository for money so we can get it out quicker than the treasury. Second, we created the eUSA's first ever standing budget! Yay! Now our military gets money on time, instead of whenever we get around to it!

Anyways, we've donated a lot of money to the CBO lately, and I approved all those transfers. We also had some MPPs come up. I approved of all of them except the recent Canadian one. After a conversation on the forums, I came to the conclusion that Canada wasn't going to be invaded, so we didn't actually need to spend 30 gold each month for an MPP that's simply a PR stunt. Of course, not everyone agreed with me. Still, I've made my voice heard!
