The Day the RUBots Died

Day 1,005, 21:36 Published in USA USA by Cromstar

This goes out to all the citizens, military and militia fighters, and volunteers in the eUSA and the allied nations who fought in Western Siberia on Day 1005- The Day the RUBots Died.

A long, long time ago...
I can still remember
How that module used to make me smile.
And I knew if I bought guns
That I could shoot those Frenchmen for fun
And, maybe, we’d be happy for a while.

But Hello Kitty made me cry
With every fight I’d die.
Bad news on the doorstep;
I couldn’t take one more step.

I can’t remember if I cried
When I read about Russian pride,
But something touched me deep inside
The day the RUBots died.

So bye-bye, Mister Parter guy.
Took my guns for some huns,
But the Huns were all dead.
And them good old Serbs just stood there instead
Singin’, "this’ll be the day that we die.
"this’ll be the day that we die."

Did you write the book of love,
And do you have faith in Dio above,
If the Emerick tells you so?
Do you believe in fighting Huns,
Can killing Serbs be that much fun,
And can you shoot a Ruskie and his son??

Well, I know that Scrabman tried it first
`cause I saw it end the worst.
And Choc and BR both did it too.
Man, I had those FER blues.

Karna fell without any Indo truck
Lion King was stolen, PENIX was...stuck,
But I knew they were out of luck
The day the RUBots died.

I started singin’,
"Bye-bye, Mister Parter guy."
Took some guns for the Huns,
But the Huns were all dead.
Them good old Serbs were standing there instead
And singin’, "this’ll be the day that we die.
"this’ll be the day that we die."

Now for some months we’ve were on our own
Lookin to sell some grain and stone
But that’s not how it used to be.
When the marines went to London town,
We put our lives for Poland down
And a voice that came from you and me,

Oh, and while the Huns were looking down,
The Polish stole their iron crown.
The courtroom was adjourned;
No verdict was returned.
And while Ajay read a book of lies,
The army fought hard for the prize
And we sing praises as Russia dies
The day the RUBots died.

We were singing,
"bye-bye, Mister Parter guy."
Took some guns for the Huns,
But the Huns were all dead.
Them good old Serbs were standing there instead
And singin’, "this’ll be the day that we die.
"this’ll be the day that we die."

Don McLean’s song “American Pie” serves as the frame for this, if you hadn’t noticed already. Credit goes mostly to him.
