Liebe Leser,

heute schreibe ich in meiner Funktion als „Congressman“ und möchte gleich zu Beginn eine umfassende Steuerreform vorstellen.
Ich weiß, ich hatte Euch eine Artikel Reihe versprochen. Diese werde ich auch zu Ende bringen.





I. Marktlage in eDeutschland

Jeder Spieler benötigt für seinen Alltagsbedarf sogenannte Konsumgüter. Diese sind in erep zum Einem „Food“ für die Energieaufbereitung, zum Anderen „Weapons“ und „Aircraft Weapons“ für die tägliche Kämpfe, insbesondere dafür geeignet sich die entsprechenden Medaillen zu erwerben. Sowie „Houses“. Die Houses dafür gedacht sich regelmäßig regenerativ sich entwickeln.

Bei der Betrachtung der Konsumgütermärkte wird ersichtlich, dass diese permanent wesentlich höher sind als jene des Weltmarktpreises. Die größte Diskrepanz befand sich u.a. im Food Markt, in dem bis vor kurzem hier bei einzelnen Produkten ein Unterschied zu 120 % verglichen zum Weltmarktpreis. Natürlich kann man sich u.a. hier den Spaß erlauben Angebote unter dem Marktpreis zu kaufen und einfach auf den eDeutschen Markt zu werfen (der ein oder andere wird das von mir bereits mitbekommen haben), dass kann aber hier nicht die langfristige Lösung sein.
Günstige Konsumgüter sind essentiell für eine positive Spielentwicklung und einer gesamt gemeinschaftlichen Stärkung der Community.
Erfahrene oder jene die mit dem Spiel sich tiefer befassen, können die günstigeren Marktpreise „greifen“. Spieler die entweder nicht die Zeit haben oder es schlicht nicht kennen, haben das nachsehen. Diese sind dann im Vergleich zur Welt gleich doppelt bestraft, da hier die Differenz nicht wenige Prozentpunkte beträgt, sondern in Wucherpreise umschlägt die teilweise doppelt so teuer sind.
Einzig die Bundesbank (=staatlicher Eingriff) garantiert hier regelmäßig angemessene Preise für Häuser. Ich nehme an, dass aus zwei Gründen betrieben wird, zum Einem weil die Förderhöhe an sich an den Marktpreis bestimmt und das die Eigenheimförderung als solches nicht einfach bei Wucherpreisen untergehen sollte.



II. Antrag auf Senkung der Importsteuern auf Konsumgüter

Aus diesem Grunde rege ich an, die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer (Import Tax) für
Food
Weapons
Houses
Aircraft Weapons


auf 1 % h e r a b z u s e n k e n.

Es unsere Aufgabe als gewählte Vertreter der Community diese Preisdifferenzen zu bekämpfen. Einen direkten Markteingriff wäre zum jetzigen Stand zu viel und auch too much, jedoch wäre die Senkung der Einfuhrumsatzsteuer ein gutes Mittel um hier die Wirkung der Märkte zu zulassen und damit den Wucherpreisen in eDeutschland ein Ende zu bereiten.
Auch können die einzelnen Marktteilnehmer die meine „Aktionen“ wehleidig mit verfolgt haben, dass durchaus so auffassen, dass dieser Antrag eine Reaktion an der vorgefundenen Preislage ist.
Ja – meine Agenda lautet: Billige Güter für Alle zu jedem Zeitpunkt!
Es ist nicht die Aufgabe der Gesellschaft die Gewinne einzelner zu sichern, sondern der Gesellschaft die größten Wohlfahrtsgewinn für ALLE zu gewährleisten.
Dieser ist u.a. dadurch gegeben, dass die Konsumgüter zu einen fairen Wettbewerbsfähigen Preis angeboten werden. Es sei zudem angemerkt, dass die teuersten Anbieter hier auch nicht die best bezahlenden Arbeitgeber sind. Also würde die Aussage „Wir brauchen die Preise für die teuren Arbeitnehmer“ hier schlicht nicht zutreffen. Zumindest lasse ich das hier nicht gelten. Lasse mich aber gerne auch belehren.

Dear readers,

today I am writing in my capacity as “Congressman” and I would like to start by presenting a comprehensive tax reform. I know I promised you a series of articles. I'll finish this one soon.



I. Market situation in eGermany


Every player needs consumer goods for his everyday needs. In erep, these are on the one hand "Food" for energy processing, on the other hand "Weapons" and "Aircraft Weapons" for daily battles, particularly suitable for acquiring the corresponding medals. As well as "Houses".
The houses are meant to develop regeneratively on a regular basis.
When looking at the consumer goods markets, it becomes apparent that these are permanently significantly higher than those of the world market price.
The biggest discrepancy was in the food market, where until recently there was a difference of 120% for individual products compared to the world market price. (can be found under the Statistics tab: https://erepublik.tools/en/marketplace/items/12/1/3/statistics).
Of course you can have the fun of buying offers below the market price and simply throwing them on the e-German market (some of you will have noticed that from me), but that cannot be the long-term solution here. Inexpensive consumer goods are essential for positive game development and an overall strengthening of the community. Experienced players or those who delve deeper into the game can "grab" the cheaper market prices. Players who either don't have the time or simply don't know it have to look it up. In comparison to the rest of the world, they are then punished twice, since the difference here is not just a few percentage points, but turns into usury prices, some of which are twice as expensive. Only the Bundesbank (= state intervention) regularly guarantees reasonable prices for houses. I assume that it is operated for two reasons, firstly because the subsidy amount is determined by the market price and that the home subsidy as such should not simply go under with exorbitant prices.



II. Proposal to reduce import taxes on consumer goods

For this reason, I suggest the Import Tax for foods weapons house aircraft weapons to be reduced to 1%.
It is our job as elected representatives of the community to fight these price differences.
A direct market intervention would be too much at the moment and also too much, but reducing the import sales tax would be a good way to allow the markets to have an effect here and thus put an end to extortionate prices in eGermany.
The individual market participants who followed my "actions" ruefully can understand that this application is a reaction to the existing price situation.
It is not the task of society to secure the profits of individuals, but to guarantee society the greatest gains for EVERYONE.
This is given, among other things, by the fact that the consumer goods are offered at a fair, competitive price.
It should also be noted that the most expensive providers here are not the best paying employers either. So the statement "We need the prices for the expensive workers" simply would not apply here. At least I don't accept that here.
